More BS from the IAM!

In one breath they're preaching "Profit Sharing" bad. We want to see it in our paychecks...the next, they're b!tchin' and moanin' about the PS disappearing.
Make up your freakin' minds and stick with it!

Mr. Mitchel, though, could readily afford to walk past any dropped change. As one of the 17 remaining active employees who helped start Southwest Airlines 35 years ago, he is rich. Quite rich. A beneficiary of Southwest's profit-sharing program — like all the airline's regular employees — he owns about 50,000 shares of Southwest stock, valued at roughly $800,000. And that is just a quarter of a portfolio that makes Mr. Mitchel a multimillionaire.

and again, DL has the richest profit sharing program in the US industry and you are happy to acknowledge that it has made WN employees rich but you just can't bring yourself to admit that DL employees have taken home tens of millions of dollars in profit sharing payouts over the past 5 years, can you?

And it's pretty hard to argue that DL's track record of providing the highest increase in compensation over the past 5 years AS WELL AS the most frequent number of increases is motivated by anything other than DL's desire to take care of its employees - who in turn are taking very good care of the customers and the operation.

too bad you just can't admit that DL is doing a better job of increasing the pay of its people than some of those more heavily unionized carriers that you love to put on a pedestal.

tell us then how DL employees have ended up with the largest increases in compensation and they have come faster and more often than their non-union counterparts?

I could accept your theory if it really worked that way in reality.

And yet, everyone at DL except the pilots are not the highest paid in the industry.

Still see you ignored the fact that DL's FAs and ACS are not the highest paid.

BREAKING: 700UW is pro IAM and most importantly for his own financial interests. WorldTraveler is PRO WORKER but against unions that can't prove they can accomplish anything other than take their members' money.

In other news, water is wet.
It's amazing how hard you and the pro-union movement try to couch criticism of unions as anti-worker when in reality if you were really pro-worker you would be for what gets the best results and it is clear that the unions HAVE NOT delivered the best results to airline workers.

I'm not interested in protecting the status quo and those who hang off of the teat of others without producing - which is exactly the way unions in the airline industry have worked for years.

the fact that DL employees have seen bigger, larger, and more frequent payouts during the current period when airlines are raking in record profits shows why the DL system works for its workers and the union movement at AA and UA has left those employees with little to no profit sharing and WN's employees locked at the table with no advances for years.

DL employees are voting for what works which is why the union's sales job is being soundly rejected. continuously

My own financial interest?

Another lie by World Frauster.

I don't work for nor am I compensated by the IAM or anyone else for my pro worker posting.

Can you say the same?

Typical you post lies once again.
