I will be in 2 weeks at $24.39 in BASE wages while my DL counterpart will be at $24.82. (I do not get Profit Sharing) BUT we have ZERO staffed cities that are a part of the Ready Reserve system so EVERY FSC at the new AA is on the same scale to be able to reach what I make and not have to wallow at $14.00 per hour with no benefits.700UW said:Because I looked up each city on the IAM/TWU list and it shows, 13 for PMAA and 37 for PMUS, the information is in the station agreement between the IAM and TWU.
So still waiting for proof that US doesnt schedule mainline flights to avoid staffing the station, you made the claim so back it up.
Last time I checked this is about Fleet and FAs.
But lets compare scope language from US and AA to Delta, how about US to DL in pension and insurance?
So does DL have mainline ramp in 50 cities?
Come and answer it, as you clearly avoided it as you know the combined US/AA has more mainline stations than DL, so that blows your argument out of the water.
My medical insurance is far and away better than the DL program from all of the horror stories I have read on other social media forums (Where those individuals have posted actual copies of their bills) If you are unfortunate enough to get any type of illness, if you are one of those individuals not on the RR program your Profit Sharing is wiped out to pay for your expenses. Making that an in one pocket, out the other shell game.
My CONTRACT is currently 209 pages that has language guaranteeing me a certain security and quality of life over my DL counterpart. If I have any issues with management there is a process in place guaranteed through the RLA and an "independent" arbitration procedure that may restore me to my position within the company if I am terminated unjustly. My DL counterparts (Pilots excluded) do not currently enjoy that benefit.
If AA or the US side is hiring you will not see what you see in this job posting. 13 cities ALL of which are only offering Ready Reserve positions. If someone is willing to leave those cities and go to a Hub what are the chances and time frames for that individual to reach the top of the ladder? (The better top rate) I reached TOP rate in 8 years.
