Scheduled Special Route - Modline  handles drop in work ( customer work, aircraft damage, collision, jet way, tugs, belt loaders, lightning strikes, hail etc ) and smaller aircraft mods, usually in the 3-5 day visit area, gear changes, and AD note compliance.

Thank you.

Yes, that is what I'm asking and also asking does "Building a coalition" mean swaying voters?
If not please explain what it means.
Just trying to understand why a union drive takes years just to get cards signed that you said could be mailed out in a week.

What's the rush? You currently have the set up you prefer...

Hey guys do you know what Delta ACS will be making in December? I need to do the math on 3% above that.
$28.42/hr.

Guess your precious union is already giving up on DL +7.

So I'll take it as "Building a coalition" means swaying or intimidating voters. Thanks!

What do you mean giving up? It's called negotiations. Anyway 3% or 7% doesn't matter to me. I very much doubt that we'll have any Ready Reserves on our side.

Parker obtained RR through BK over at US for ramp and agents and never pulled the trigger on it. Yeppers we're still ALL on the same pay scale that heads up to now whatever it's going to be.

I'm just wondering how many pages I'm going to have to read in my "Employment Contract" 😀

So I'm currently staring at the likelihood of at least $29.27. I too have to give a shout out and big THANK YOU to the IAM for pouring on that pressure to get Delta management to hand out those new wages.

Thank you very much IAM.........

The Real Reason?
Some labor experts simply dismiss all of the above as factors in Walmart giving its workers a small raise. They see a much simpler purpose.
Robert Reich, Secretary of Labor in the Clinton Administration and now senior fellow at the Blum Center for Developing Economies, told WhoWhatWhy: “Don’t believe what you hear about a tight labor market forcing their hand. At the lower end of the income ladder, the labor market is very loose—very high unemployment and many who have left the jobs market altogether.”
The bottom line, Reich believes: “They did it mainly for PR purposes. They were beginning to feel the heat from all the bad press.”

Wal mart raised wages and cut hours at the same time

Legacy airlines in North America have made positive steps in labour relations
Relations have often been disrputed by concessions during the last fifteen years that were in some cases necessary to keep those companies in business.
But as the latest rounds of talks shows, even the most venerable airlines are not immune from tense labour talks in a new operating environment where a few airlines control the majority of traffic, and competition among those airlines has intensified while ULCCs add a new layer of cost pressure. Even with a certain level of maturity and financial stability, labour relations in the North American market place can still take unpredictable turns.

North American airlines often declare that their journey to sustained profitability is not yet complete.
The same could be said for the albeit increasingly enlightened relationships between management and labour.

Not hardly a week later and your already conceding 4%? At that rate within a month you'll be paying AA in order to work there!

That IAM drive you guys are having just keeps raising the bar. Thank you so very very much IAM.

The company met with the IBT for the last two weeks and resolved a number of significant items in healthcare, Hours of Service, and Sick and concluded a number of letters of agreement. The company made a comprehensive proposal on Saturday, providing industry-leading pay and benefits and offering meaningful improvements in the retirement area, a substantial early-out, and a base pay increase in excess of Delta’s recent 14.5%. Unfortunately, yesterday’s announcement of a Tentative Agreement at American Airlines has reset market. As a result, both sides have agreed to reconvene in Fort Lauderdale in two weeks’ time after the company has had an opportunity to evaluate the impact on industry market rates of yesterday’s American tentative agreement.
