As charlie Brown would say "OOOOOOOh brother"

Your worried about the guy on super duper drop dead step 9 from getting fired. But yet YOU
were the first in LINE to HAND YOUR OWN CITIES there PINK SLIPS.. Lets not even talk about JOB LOSS
you will lose yet another round. Just go water a cactus or something. Your CREDITABILITY is completely
shot. It's time to move on from the PREZ and Pony show. How bout we get back to negotiations

Attack is all you know, your broken record of hate is old. You are not winning because you hurl insult after insult, you just look foolish.

Look at UA. IAD is a big hub but pissed and moaned for two years. Should we be surprised that IAD has taken itself out of participation on the negotiations team at UA? I think not. On the other hand, the LC of hubs like ORD, SFO, DEN were key supporters and didn't throw their station under the bus.
Small scale supporters like OMA, BUF, and EWR were also rewarded by becoming a part of the 'small station' sample. Remember, there are 35 US AIRWAYS stations so nobody is entitled, only a 'sample' of stations will be represented.
A lot of the small and medium stations at UA were outsourced by IAM Air Wisconsin ground handling a win win for IAM

The IAM doesnt outsource work, the company does.

How many CWA represented agents are in Manila or San Salvador?

QUOTE: LOOKING FOR MORE... PREVIOUS THREAD.

“i have my suspicions about the nd and i doubt they will make changes. havent made any changes yet. i talk to rr and he wants to be our guy but he has said the nd has outcast him even though he has done everything within his power to work with the nd. the nd doesnt even use him even though he is a vp.

to pr, please stop stirring things up on here, im not a big fan of you and i dont think you should be on here alienating our station and driving more wedges in things. we do care about negotiations and we do want to be a part of them, some of us at least. to the nd, give us rr. we have been asking you to do this for our support but you have failed to listen. if you give us rr then we will support the nd and work with the nd. thats the way it should be but its a two way street.”

LFM...

What you talking about? In CLT, since the ND took office we have had a consistently onsite G/C... better communications... better training for stewards... more success with our grievances... and countless Fleet jobs saved by the IAM/ND! This has been done very humbly, without seeking political accolades from anyone. Their philosophy is this... “Serve the Membership to your fullest ability”... it’s real simple, and it should be adapted as mantra for you guys!

The ND folks in CLT don’t have to do much campaigning at election time. What they have already done serves as the reelection platform for them! This was reflected recently in the CLT District Officer elections.

I guess if you are in PHX... you may not see these improvements due to your leadership’s desire to pretend that the ND does not exist. My advice to all of our brothers and sisters in PHX is this... Choose your Leadership wisely!!

You will be left behind in many aspects of shaping your future if you continue to alienate yourselves. Sometime in the middle of this week you will learn the numbers regarding the officer elections. My bet is that the ND will prevail and thus finish a job that began in 08!

Don’t continue to bet on the wrong horse... the ND is about to win an exacta!

So... lights up the coax...

BroBilly

Oman,

Read carefully. The VP 1 and 2 did the grievances under our structure. They were BB, JM and JN. Also, I am not saying anything about RR when I say that I am interested in helping in arbitrations. Helping the membership with regards to loss of jobs etc. Not trying to take any jobs or political positions from anyone. I am not interested in the travel associated with those positions.
PR, Yes or No? Would you support RR if he's the guy for PHX now? Yes or No. I'm not talking about any past disagreements, I'm talking about if you could support him if the ND assigns him to PHX as an AGC? Yes or No?

Roa,
very well put. You summed it up in a nut shell.

I hear yahh O...

Sooner or later the winds of change will blow across the Mississippi... through the arid plains of New Mexico... and finally into the Break Rooms and work areas of PHX!

My bet is that these winds will sweep all the remaining Kool-Aid stands away with them!

Don’t be offended Jester... juss ahh lil’ humor!

Janitor...

You have placed an undue burden here... do you realize that he would have to make a very complex decision regarding a myriad of two responses!

P.S. I heard you use a certain southern grain alcohol to clean windows... true?

Alot of us are waiting for that (1) word answer..........it's really that simple.........Let us take you at your word, with no restrictions, if's, ands, or buts. Or like I said, the bus comes around again at a future date but for alot of us the

future is now.

Hey P REZ,

I have to give you credit !!!!!!! You seem like a real politician! You never answer anybodys questions on here. I notice you play the old ballgame of "always answer a question with another question" and your good at it. But a lot of us on here would like to know. For instance, do you support RR in phx. And why didnt you meet NH when he was in Phx and escort him around. Even if you didnt support him, you always state that your there for the members. Then why not let them here both sides and let them decide? Sounds to me, since you were glad to escort KA and MW around and not the ND10 guys, that you were trying to keep the members from hearing both sides. I dont call that being there for the members. But I could be wrong.
P Rez

Come on now, you know I dont ask you a lot of questions!! So read my post above and answer my questions for me. And by the way, saying you will work with someone, is not saying you support that person. But I really want to know why you didnt give the membership a choice to hear both sides of the election?

Truth but IAM got the work good for the members
At the end of 2011 there will be no outsourced reservations

prez,

One other question for you, actually it is a two part question. And I hope you will be honest here. Did you actually escort a UA AGC around US property? If so, for what reason would you do that?

CB,
This is starting to remind me of our old PHL Chairman JH. This guy went on here thumping his chest saying listen to me and where is he today???? He's gone the membership saw thru him and tossed him right outta office. He didn't listen and didn't work well with others therefore he was removed. Shortly after that President RC was removed and all of his pawns. We now have positioned ourselves with better representation bettter communication better leadership because we work with the district not against it....

PREZ has stated he doesn't want to negotiate for, will not you travel for you, can't arbitrate for you, supports more UA people over US, and in the end all he want is to come on here pointing fingers?

PHX membership could do the same thing or they can sit on the side lines during the next few years while other stations negotiate our next contract....

What a sad station to work in to have this kind of situation on local representation....

LB,
those are some good remarks. Don't forget that he also REFUSES, by ommission, to support his own, RR.

Please would someone in PHX look up things are getting pretty deep.......................
