RR is a good asset to PHX and we appreciate that the district puts him on part-time. We would accept other AGC help at any time. We agree that we are all in this together and if we were all on the same page we could accomplish much more than we currently do. We are over the east/west thing and wish to just get on the same page.

RR and I haven't always agreed on many issues but have put that in the past. We both realize that we are different but still have the same common goals which is to help our members.

Saw two Stupidvisors monitoring the time clocks yesterday. I wonder what the shareholders think about having to hire clockwatchers and call them Stupidvisors. This was at the ticket counter obviously where our leadership says their hands will be tied if we get fired. Managemnet should take a page from Southwest, leave us alone make us happy and everything will be fine. Instead they harass, spy, intimidate, and make us pissed.

Perhaps they are thinking about the airline back when times were good!!! Prior to 9/11 times were pretty good, made a decent buck and had fairly decent union.... :blink:

internally many folks still refer to this company as USair. the major name change was for identity international.
but since you voted yourself out of a job and don't WORK there anymore you wouldn't know that would you.

It is unfortunate that the liar here is you unless you have me mixed up with someone else. I broke my hand in July 2007 and haven't golfed since before that date. The only people that I have ever golfed with from work would be RW who quit and was fleet, MM who is fleet, KS who is fleet and GB who is cargo. None of these guys were ever management. It is easy to hide behind an avatar and cast stones but the reality of the situation is you must have a problem with me and feel the need to bash me this way. Let me guess, I also told you that I spend holidays with management. Get real.

I know we have not always seen eye to eye... but your information is usually fairly accurate. I have no problem with your posts as long as you continue to identify yourself as non-fleet... but pro IAM/UNION!

Hey any other station received a Lead Expectation Read and Sign? it outlines all of our responsibilities tells us we are responsible for everything and we have to sign it.... Someone told me we have two AGCs here in PHX Roth (does nothing) and Mike Crowell.... Ive never met nor do i think ever seen or heard of him. who is he, and how come nothing is being done here, they say mike crowell is from CLT, so CLT people do you have to read and sign this, and if not why is Mike Crowell letting this happen to us here?

Prez nothing personal, I just want this #### cleaned up here and you and most of the committee have been in charge here since 2002, and this place is terrible to work, no workers should be put through we get put through out here and mgmnt has free reign. I feel you need to be more hardliner

As of yesterday, I have Not. I am Currently a Lead and have been either a Supv or Lead since 1986 and have Never Seen or Signed one.

Transfer out east. PHX will not change and the gc and rr are not going to help you.
