Confront whoever it is, fill out an irreg report with the who what and where, make two copies and keep the original. Give one to HS upstairs and one to a union rep. I totally agree with you on this but without documentation it didn't happen. If the manager thinks no one cares or knows no one's going to report him or her they'll see no reason to stop.well ive been gone a bit from posting things but here is something that all brothers and sisters need to think about, and maybe we need to send the company a message. The company thinks it is ok to do our work in phx. from marshaling in aircraft and transporting bags. i think our fellow brothers and sisters from the east need to walk into phx and take care of business with these clowns. im tired of this sh*t just like this flex crap. im out!
More than anything I think they're desperate not to have to fill out reports on delays/missed bags/whatever with their name on it, considering how easily the axe swings among them. It's possible that management might just blow off complaints about them doing union work, but when they want a reason to fire or replace one of their own they'll probably be reaching for the fatter files...
And yeah flex is a big pain in the butt but on the other hand it's good to see more flights in and out of PHX.
