USAPA will put the two DOH lists that currently are in use on this property, on the table. Unless of course, by some miracle, an East-West JCBA is ratified prior to an AMR merger.

What might end up being negotiated and or arbitrated is anybody's guess, especially if it ends up being arbitrated. Once the post-merger JCBA gets ratified, the litigation can commence.

The East got 516 slots that were not "1st overall"... And that's not enough? The East pilot first or West pilot first is inconsequential as far as the rest of the list is concerned. It appeared that someone finally understood why a neutral arbitrator, the legislative branch of the federal government, and apparently the rest of the aviation world are proponents of a primarily relative seniority based integration. Maybe, maybe not. You obviously do not. However, that's OK... as we used to say when the Airbus first appeared on West property, "You too, will be assimilated!"

Why don't we change the CB&L's to read that all America West pilots shall be stapled to the bottom and shall be first officers for the rest of their lives. I mean c'mon we can now do whatever we want. There are no limits! The CB&L's should tell the company what our pay rates have to be too. Lets start with $500/hr for the East and $5/hr for the west. If its in the CB&L's then that's what it has to be!!!!! We are free to negotiate/dictate! We are finally in control of everything!!!!

If it come down to following usapa's C&BL or federal warning what do you think he is going to do?

Could usapa put in their C&BL that usapa gets to decide who is the CEO and who sits on the BOD of LCC? If it's in the C&BL it must happen right?

Outstanding Felix. I wish I could have watched the feed, but it was really neat listening to the controllers today giving updates. I've been following the stratos project for quite awhile, that he is safe and sound and that the mission was a success makes for a good day as far as I'm concerned.

If you think you have sufficient support to make such changes to the CB&L's, then by all means, go for it. There is a process for doing so.

I'd suggest all take a brief break and check this out!
