The West declines, strings the company along on our second worst pay, and totally disrupts the airline on the Thanksgiving holiday.

Less then a week ago judge Silver reminded usapa that they have a duty of fair representation. She called it a proposal meaning that it is not over. So far usapa has NOT told the company what their "legitimate union purpose is.So it is not over yet.

BTW when are you going to admit your gross and obvious lie that 5000 pilots will retire in the next 4-5 years when the facts are it is less than 1300?

usapa is the union it is the company that they would go after not west pilots. BTW how many east pilots got fired or even called in for your actions? We would expect the same treatment.

I think the majority of west pilots are doing just that as I have never had a major issue with one in person. A few snubs, a few wouldn't shake my hand some snide remarks that I couldn't make out.
