Your really bragging over 20 bucks an hour. PS your the second lowest paid in the industry. You children need to come up with something different.

Who is bragging?

How is this for something different?

On tues, the CEO is doing a crewnews in PHX, I am guessing he will inform the West that the company is likely to accept usapa's seniority proposal in light of the DJ. That the West problem is with usapa and we will have to take it up them, and sue usapa once a ratified contract is in place, or take the alternative route of conceding to the scabs demands. An olive branch will be offered in the form of allowing some sort of West representation crafting C&Rs.

The West declines, strings the company along on our second worst pay, and totally disrupts the airline on the Thanksgiving holiday. When the CEO complains, we tell him he has to take it up with usapa and it is his turn to sue the union.

I did not read Ames' post as judging the east over their income, rather judging them over their actions.

Sad indeed that the actions of the east give cause for judgement.
Perhaps she included it by accident.

Does American still have the anti-nepotism policy, and if so, which one do you think will be looking for work if the merger happens?

With large number of pilots we have that fall into that category I imagine they will be grandfathered, or they too can sue, sue, sue. Heck, the bump and flush will probably take care of the junior anyway, right? But, you missed or ignored the point. Shocker.

Their patience is filled with name calling, gloating about being the second worst paid in the industry, finger wagging, blustering about always being on the verge of winning, assassinating the character and integrity of those they are losing to, bloviating about "WARNINGS" of impending doom if you follow the courts permissions, threatening more lawsuits that have already been repeatedly dismissed, ... and the dying whimper cry of "final and binding" (picture the witch of OZ crumbling to a heap as she screams 🙂 ).

About as much patience as a cat on a hot tin roof.

How does one assasinate the character of scabs?

The general premise of your post is correct. The West's patience has worn very thin. Since the scabs are too stupid to see a warning like "PAIN of unquestionably ripe" or "on dangerous ground", the West is pretty much done.

Go to the negotiating table, pass your scab plan, get the company to accept it, and we will go from there.

Wait a minute, wait a minute. Are you telling me(advocating) an illegal job action because you didn't get what you wanted? Oh the integrity!

As did you. There is an conflict of interest in upper management that favors the east.

That confict was here prior to the latest newhire class, and is the tie that will not excuse the company for capitulating to usapa's demands of amending the TA.

See above illegal job action comment. Pot/kettle, speck/log.

Yes, using our fight to keep us on LOA 93 and save half a billion dollars sure does favor us. If THAT is you strategy then I think you are doomed.

Not at all. I am advocating that the West perform to the exact standard that the company and usapa have determined to be fitting for operations at LCC.

I am just saying we make sure we do it on Thanksgiving.

Every day that goes by for them is another defeat, to think they could have shared in the upgrades, ah...... what greed does.
The defeat is usapa's.

Two weeks later and still not word about the PBGC loss.

usapa has been telling us for 5 years that they can negotiate anything you want for seniority. Well where is it? The NMB has not responded. The company has not responded.

As far as sharing upgrades. BS. With the usapa scam there would be no west upgrades.

You are correct about greed. All on the east side. A furloughed pilot thinking he deserves to be senior to a west captain.

Tied up in court after the west filed the Addington! Where have you been?

But the "Holy Grail" is gone from the west, I'm fine with LOA93. So bottom line ... YOU LOSE.
