An actual dogfight would be deadly serious business and limited to war (and generally unlikely at all with contemporary tech)..and not the sort of "war" you're familiar with as an heroic "spartan" in the "army" of leonauseous in any case, nor that which plays out on your Xbox. All I've ever suggested is a bit of fairly safe and reasonably controlled aerial sport at a tourist-level spot. If you would care to shut your infantile, smarmy mouth up and dazzle me with something other than an Xbox, then please so note. 😉

It's the same option that has been there from day one ...USAPA has to accept the NIC for S22 and move on. If USAPA does this negotiations will resume; if they don't the NMB will likely keep the parties parked.

You mean the NMB would make amends for allowing the east to hijack the intergration?

Thus is looks like the jury from judge Wake's courtroom based on the merits of the DFR case against USAPA may just be the only definitive answer to the question regarding a successor union's responsibilities to perform under the terms of the contracts it inherited. An unquestionably ripe JCBA using a Non-NIC list has almost no chance of ever coming into existence.

The NMB isn't going to react in a vacuum. Of course they're going to get briefed from the company. If Silver dismisses, they are going to inform the NMB that absolutely NOTHING has changed...therefor you'll remain parked. If the East is upset that they haven't seen a raise in 10 years, too bad. Barring the merger, there is no end in sight for LOA 93. If USTUPID insists the company "aid and abette" their DFR, it will be ANOTHER 10 years.

A more well deserving group, I've never encountered.

BTW, haven't heard the slightest little peep about the "Flawed safety culture" in a very long time. Used to be a daily panic emanating from UCRAPA...what happened? It's all better now? What about poor Captain Val? Did she learn the electrical system yet?
