OCT/NOV 2012 US Pilots Labor Discussion

As usual you deflect the conversation with inane whimsical pom pom references and totally false accusations.

I take great offense to the false accusation regarding education, and rebut by saying this.

The West pilot class in general has such a diverse talent base that one need look no further than the safety record of the two groups to see just exactly who has the superior "education".

Further, I have acted the part of reason and decency. I have afforded the fake union every opportunity to repent from its malicious attack on the very people it is charged with representing. I have given them 4 years, and they continue their attack.

I did not start down this path. I was pushed onto a detour I did not want to take, but now that I am here, I am going to make sure I get to the same destination.
Run along now we are eagerly waiting another educational ITT video!

NIC, even boeing boy would say give it a rest, it's time to move on....BTW, where is Jim?

Would not know where BB is...I was hoping he could answere my staffing questions.

PS....moving on secure in the fact that the Nic is still the only accepted system seniority list at LCC, and that another federal judge has admonished usapa.

Like that guy from the movie ghost " What? You think I jumped? I was pushed in front of that train! Why doesn't anyone believe me?"...

you are talking to the wrong guy there.

Maybe usapa could produce a video? Maybe explaining how they are going to ....

Bad idea..you couldn't find enough talent at usapa to turn the camera on much less Write, Direct, Act, Edit and Produce anything.

Good for you, and we want you to look at that useless list everytime you watch a widebody international departure from the RAMADA in PHL!

The fact that you could even make such a statement clearly indicts my earlier notion of your assumed intelligence. We truly are "Done". Btw; Sorry for initially even assuming any actual education on your part. We all make mistakes 😉

Let me ask you this smartazz: Have you ever injured/killed/etc any aircraft or person(s) that you didn't intend to? I haven't...so spare me any "group gropes" there.....

FYI: "The West pilot class" is well-documented as the least educated and equally least desirable of any now working for even any semblance of a "major airline". Name the other "major airlines" that don't even so much as require college degrees?....Or don't require even ANY semblance of intelligence testing...? Argue against that at your logically indefensible peril. 😉 Had your group been otherwise...we'd likely have been fully capable of avoiding all of this mess...and, at least; your group would have proven capable of avoiding the "Army" of Leo Fantasyland enlistment, at the very least.

That, as is always the case with sizeable groups of human beings; you have many decent and intelligent among your ranks, I do not contest. I've had the privelege of enjoyable conversations with some of those that are actually sane. That I could now assume that you're one of them? = Not-so-much.

Lots of quoting from Judge Silver's DJ Order going on here. How come everybody seems to be glossing over her final conclusion, to wit:

"Thus, the best “declaratory judgment” the Court can offer is that USAPA’s seniority proposal does not automatically breach its duty of fair representation. This conclusion places US Airways in a difficult position. At the present time, it is not possible to predict what will result from the collective bargaining negotiations. Thus, the Court cannot grant US Airways prospective immunity from any legal action by the West Pilots. But based on the representation at oral argument that the seniority list is unlike other matters addressed in collective bargaining, it is unlikely the West Pilots could successfully allege claims against US Airways merely for not insisting that USAPA continue to advocate for the Nicolau Award."

Is this everything the company wanted in terms of a "get out of jail free card"? No, but it is a Federal Judge's opinion that AOL would be unlikely to prevail against the company regarding a future DFR over a non-NIC SLI. It's not the immunity the company sought, but it is some legal input from a pretty knowledgeable source.

I'm looking forward to the company's take on all this going forward. I suspect that they will continue to keep the pot boiling as long as possible.

1) An issue of simple convenience brother, as you're doubtless, well aware of by your postings.
2) No question.
