I have not seen the video yet but did receive notes about it from a buddy the night of the town hall.

No mention of any appeal by Parker.

The one thing I found interesting is in the Q-A part when somebody asked if the west would be hiring in 2013 and Parker stated, no we are over staffed by about 50 to 60 and the few retiring from the west in 2013 are less than that. The audience member then asked if they would recall in 2013 and Parker said "No"

Found it interesting that Parker didn't even try to sugarcoat it. Just flat out told the furloughees they are out of luck in 2013.

I would imagine the AA deal will be consummated by the end of 2013. The West furloughed were totally sacrificed in this Ferguson deal. I would imagine the harm issue is going to be turned inward on Leonidas for telling them to not take the recall. So much for USAPA being the target. Leonidas is going to be the scapegoat in this one. Clearly.
Make sure the furloughed guys get to the Harper meet and greet. They are going to have a LOT of questions about where this thing is going. Maybe the West furloughed could contact Mike Cleary, and we can get a legal deal going.
