You are twooooooo dooooooood!

HAAAAAAA.

You know uhaul, I've been thinking and I owe you and you son an apology. I said he was shot and that's not necessarily true. Many people overcome lousy parents and I shouldn't have condemned him. I wish him the best and will say a prayer for him
.

The more ernest USAPA's effort to negotiate, the more adequately they satisfy the court's definition of reasonable.

Nice try, but the last time I checked USAPA still had DOH in its constitution. How's that negotiation going to go?

East: DOH
West: Relative
East: DOH
West: Ratio (meet in the middle)
East: DOH

Yeah right, we already tried that and it went to arbitration.

Not according to the investment banker usapa interviewed last week. The banker that worked with US Airways told the BPR the US Airways had no access to capital, no ability to raise anymore money.
Do you have reading comprehension problems?

Luth and US Airways had serious discussions with more than a dozen investors. They all requested shared participation in a merged airline -- no one wanted to take on all the risk. The Retirement Systems of Alabama, which rescued US Airways from its first bankruptcy in 2003 with a $240 million investment, stands to lose it all if US Airways emerges from bankruptcy and issues new stock.

Luth went after the companies that had something to gain from an investment in US Airways and America West. Aircraft maker Airbus agreed to provide $250 million in exchange for US Airways' pledge to buy dozens of A320 jets in the future. Regional commuter carrier Air Wisconsin Airlines made a $125 million investment in exchange for a jet services partnership. The Appleton, Wis.-based airline will fly for the merged carrier on a contract basis.

Credit card companies may provide $300 million in order to reach new customers. And once-bankrupt Air Canada offered $75 million, good for a 7 percent stake in the new company, in exchange for the rights to bid on the maintenance contract for the new carrier's fleet of 361 jets.

Thanks to Silver, USAPA will now be presenting "a list" when appropriate to the M/B process. It's a two way now.

USAPA may try to present their "list" to APA to try to negotiate seniority before the M/B process, but the only single list they can present to M/B is the one that exists in a contract, and we all know the Nicolau Award is that list.

The seniority list exist in the contract.

I pretty much meant everything I said regarding your children. With you as a role model, they'll grow up with an entitlement attitude that my kids will have to beat out of them.

Sucks growing up with an eastie for a dad.

Move said earlier:
"Tell your god to GF himself too when you talk to him again. "

Perfect timing Move, I see you are up to your old tricks. Still rubbing that feces on yourself to amuse your parents.

Back for a single post, just to remind you all I told you exactly how this would all turn out, excepting WHEN to any measurable degree. But I was wrong, the three way is dead. Thanks to Silver, USAPA will now be presenting "a list" when appropriate to the M/B process. It's a two way now.

Who saved who. Nick is it. All dead issues. The only chess move left on Marty's side is whether an appeal is filed. I personally hope it happens, makes USAPA's job much easier. Too much work to do if some give and take is entered into, and we all know Marty then does not get paid.

RR

Ahh, I see all the scum are coming out of the woodwork!!

What with the feces rubbing thing? Is that something you thumpers do?

You're a typical east idiot who fantasizes that the Nic is dead when deep down you know its the list. Your game is all but over. If this deal goes through, the APA will have a list and it'll be the Nic. Per Wilson, they want nothing to do with your BS DOH list and won't touch it.

No merger and an appeal means another 2 years of waiting with you on LOA93. If you would pull your head out of east's ass, you'd realize the company is appealing this because they know there's no way around the Nic.

So, once again, I was right. It's the Nic and only the Nic going into the merger. It'll be a two way all right just like I predicted with APA's list, our list, and C&Rs.

Read judge silvers ruling. It does not say the west has to negotiate. It says usapa has to negotiate with the company.

Usapa is the bargaining agent there is no method for usapa to negotiate with a the pilots from a single domicile.

Saying usapa wants to negotiate but the starting point has to be DOH is not a LUP. Nothing but an excuse.
