Wrong again. I have no problem with EF taking the position he was given when all conditions of the T/A are met. I have a problem with George Nicolau for giving it to him. The west pilots didn't do anything wrong, they just played by the rules. But I would like to see them admit that he gave them a windfall,

How is losing relative position compared to a pre-merger standing on a seniority list considered a windfall? There was no windfall but if you are going to make the case for one it should be that the east received a windfall for gaining in relative position as a result of 517 positions going all east ahead of the first west pilot.

The Nicolau may not be a victory for a "large" part of the east pilots. Every west pilots lost relative seniority using the Nicolau.

I keep hearing this argument. So tell me. How, by any streach of the imagination, should the number 1 West pilot be given the second number on the list with our most senior A330 pilot?

Good Lord. With the 517 east pilots going on top, how did I end up at almost the exact same relative position on the date the Nic was awarded and losing relative position vs. unmerged every year after that?

Why does EF deserve the massive bump in relative position that gets bigger every year? Putting him at a better relative position, on a bigger list, with better opportunities if it's not a windfall?

No, it doesn't. Outsiders don't need to no #### about this. An arbitrator looked at the facts presented by both east and west MCs and made a fair decision.

What does that say about the east argument presented during the arbitration?

I vote we just put Move2CLT on the stand. That should take care of it.

On second thought; if a few union members of ANY kind are empaneled...well...the inestimable value of Callaway's testimony that "Seniority isn't earned..." would serve to benefit as well.
