No traitor, your are the loser because you don't realize that he stood up for what is right.

Only USAPA supporters think that reneging on a mutually agreed upon arbitration (that is fundamently the same as the 3 other arbitrations in the last 15 years) is the right thing to do.

I realize you want to steal jobs from the West and hide behind "longevity is seniority" to justify it.

Someday, when this is all over, I hope you finally understand it all.....otherwise, you will live in that agony forever. It has everything to do with accepting reality.

Go look in the mirror. Then read this to yourself. No neutral party....arbitrators...judges...juryies or The Company are in agreement with you. Only East pilots. That should tell you something should it not?

No traitor, your are the loser because you don't realize that he stood up for what is right. He didn't sell out for the himself, unlike you, he rejected the Kirby and NIC, because it isn't right. Yeah, he could have sold out and made more money, but unlike you, he has a sense of right and wrong.

Yawn.

Remember the last time you stood up? Injunction

Before that? LOA93

You're better off sitting down and S'ingTFU.

God damn what a bunch of idiots. NO ONE CARES what USAPA thinks!!

[background=rgb(250, 250, 250)]After the potential merger with AMR was announced, USAPA and the other unions representing US Airways employees formed the Union Labor Coalition (ULC) of US Airways. In their several meetings, the ULC has collaborated on strategy in dealing with the Company.[/background]

[background=rgb(250, 250, 250)]Yesterday, USAPA President Gary Hummel and other ULC leaders met with US Airways CEO Doug Parker and his senior management team, as well as a member of the US Airways Board of Directors. All ULC leaders made it clear that labor-management relations at US Airways have taken a turn for the worse. This is part of what President Hummel told the Company:[/background]

[background=rgb(250, 250, 250)]From the outside, US Airways is doing well. You announced record profits yesterday. And you all are focused on a merger with AMR. [/background]

[background=rgb(250, 250, 250)]But on the inside, it’s not going well. And our patience is coming to an end.[/background]

We are not opposed to a merger. However, we do not have confidence in management’s ability to consolidate another employee group – because of your track record in dealing with your own employees.

The truth is that US Airways is doing well at labor’s expense. For far too long, too many of your employees have been working under bankruptcy-era contracts, while you continue to make record profits.

You have used every means available – including the legal system – in an apparent effort to delay negotiations. And from our point of view, meaningful communications are non-existent.

Hummel's statement is right on the money.

No agony here, just laughing at you while we waste away on LOA 93.

Hummel's statement is right on the money.
He forgot to mention the fact that "using the legal system" is a necessity due to the Unions seniority proposal was found to be illegal upon its merits. Why didn't he mention the "dangerous ground" that Silver plainly warned the company of?

This fake union is utterly incapable of viewing the World as it actually exists in reality. There's always a boogey man to be blamed for the endless list of failures and delay. It's quite pathetic actually.
