What's not to understand?
- The AAA pilots agreed to the merger process administered via ALPA merger policy, and the final result of any negotiations, mediation or arbitration.
- Demanded DOH when asked by Nicolau
- Told by Nicolau that you would NOT get DOH in arbitration
- Nicolau list delivered, CIRP activated
- AAA pulls all negotiators from JCBA talks of a nearly completed contract (2007)
- Steve Bradford finds his first lawyer that promises DOH is a slam dunk. Steve promises a new union that WILL deliver a new JCBA within 90 days of the inception of USAPA (May 2008) that included DOH - the GOLD STANDARD in seniority
- USAPA sues 24+ members for RICO charges (TWICE! and LOST TWICE!), thus causing those pilots to expend $$$ in an attempted persecution.
- USAPA threatens PHX base pilots with termination for failure to pay union dues to a union that seeks to harm that same body of pilots
- USAPA spends MORE money (in excess of 10 million) in litigation than ANY OTHER LABOR ORGANIZATION in the past 5+ years; the only win? Delay as delivered by the Ninth
- USAPA charges 3 pilots with "Address-Gate", and attempts to file crimal charges for the same (another FAILURE)
- While USAPA tries to continue down the road of DOH somehow, they fail to see the train light at the end of the tunnel: APA (about as large a body vs. USAPA as USAPA vs. AWA). I wonder how that's going to turn out?
No, I think EVERYONE else gets it. The AFO & ACO club still have the scales on their eyes, failing to see the light.
