Actually all flying done on the West is 100% LCC flying. Seems AWA bought it in a merger in 2005.

Nic is the system seniority list at LCC. Get used to that fact, it is coming to an airline near you.
ALL COMMUTER FLYING IS LCC FLYING! Actually your system list is different!

I just reviewed the closing of the March, 2013 bid, and it seems from the results that Parker et al. disagree with your statement.

As everyone knows; suing both a union AND a sizeable corporation is a piece of cake, requires no significant funding and takes practically no time at all, once you get started. You seem to be trying to make an equivalence to popular uprisings or civil disobedience to honoring a bi-lateral contract (verbal, contractual). That's not the road I was traveling down so apparently you got your boxers wrapped around the axle about something I neither said no implied. I asked if there is a moral code (Biblical, religious, philosophical) or a system of government that upholds anyone as moral or ethical for entering into an agreement only to then break that agreement without the consent of the other party?

Did Martin Luther King or Thomas Jefferson say that breaking an oath increased a person's moral/ethical status?

What was so ethical about putting Joe Monda with 17 years with a new hire? It was a revolution. Just like when your forefathers broke their oath to the King. Your boys should have paid attention at Wye River. They were warned, clearly. They can now live with the results of not heeding that warning from their parent union and lawyers.

Your CEO says otherwise. So does Dave O Dell on the DCA f/o list. That sure isn't a Nic list he is on!
