Where is that smoking gun document usapa promised many months ago? The one he threatened Parker with.

Did I miss usapa publishing that bit of evidence?
Maybe because it does not concern you. America West pilots did not have any retirement benefits until they were assited by East pilots.

It concerns me much more than it concerns you since you do not even work here. As you have told us.

Or would you like to admit to you lie?

TWA pilots won a law suit vs ALPA and damages are pending. TWA pilots also gave away their scope clause, thanks for reminding the East pilots the consequence of such.

In the event of a merger with US Airways, APA is not concerned, as the pilot groups will be under a fence agreement until the majority of East pilots are retired.
Yes. Thank you for bringing up that law suit. What did ALPA lose for not doing?

The lost that law suit because they did not allow the TWA pilots to go to arbitration. The east and west went to arbitration and got a result. Usapa is now trying to ignore that arbitration and impose a seniority list without going to arbitration.

It would not work out well for usapa and the east if that ever happens.

Once again the fence is going to be for equipment not bases. Pull your head out.

How does anything with the word pension concern you an america west pilot?
It is using union resources. Time and money. Not just the assessment but union dues.

How does any of this concern someone that is not a pilot here?

The fence will be equipment and bases by virtue of the three pilot groups will not be combined for over 4 years.

I think you are missing my point:
Although were on LOA 93, the risk we knew we had without it was averted.

On the East:
The new hire pilots will get advancement that give them an effectively immediate pay raise.
The F/O pilots on reserve will move up to holding a block that give them an effectively immediate pay raise.
The F/O blockholder pilots will move up to reserve Captain that give them an effectively immediate pay raise.
The Captain reserve pilots will move up to blockholder Captain positions that give them an effectively immediate pay raise.
The Captain blockholders will move up to higher paying equipment giving them an effectively immediate pay raise.
The senior most pilots will retire off the list .... unfortunately on LOA 93.

However, those same pilots should be acknowledged that the commitment they made to us when they said that we would be in their position someday is definitely a commitment kept and honored.

We appreciate that.

On the West...stagnation and possibly a renegotiated minimum block hours if the company wihes to do so.

Who knows what the future holds?

Oh, I get what you were trying to say. Lookee at us, we have MOVEMENT! Yes, we get it. You also have LOA93! Renegotiate minimum block hours, now there's a hollow threat. You can threaten all you want and it still won't get you a new contract and DOH. What is it you guys are so afraid of?

The pic investigation is being funded by East pilots only. The pic committee is not using union dues or time.

More than half the East pilot group is benefiting from seniority based bidding rights. FO to Capt., narrow body to wide body, reserve to block holder, junior block holder to a more elevated position. The third list pilots can hold wide body or 190 Captain positions. You will now have to hire a small boat to get to the ship, because it has already sailed without you.

LMAO. Claxon, no thanks you can have LOA93, you've adjusted for it already and seem to relish it. Thank goodness I had to stop off and release a big load of DOH in the can. It made me miss the ship, O darn. LMAO

Well at least this time you did not mail your release to USAPA headquarters, from your (airplane slang) head quarters.

Somebody saw him around Davidson NC. He had to take another job to Move2Clt....

But yes union resources are being used. Government affairs committee. Comm committee. Legal.

Dues money not assessment.
