Look in the mirror and you'll see another part of the problem along with your false-USAPA-GOd worshiper A320Driver. Any more lies you want to spew on your fellow pilots about how great LOA93 is, how the Nic is dead, how the West will be crushed, how Parker is sure to exchange DOH for a "cost neutral" contract? Maybe you should explain it to Mrs. Ahrens how it was a good thing for her husband to support USAPA, forego a $40k+ payraise four years ago to support the Cleary/Mowery/Parella/DiOrio crusade. That additional money would have gone a long way in paying down the $221k capt Aherns owed on his mortgage that he has now defaulted on.

So Capt Finger-chopper can't afford a mortgage on the LOA 93 pay rate?

I thought all you east guys had:

1. Businesses and didn't need this place

Or

2. Had adjusted the lifestyle to live on LOA 93

Lucky thing Cleary doesn't have all that financial pressure along with the rest of the FPL 'ers. The dues money covers their mortgages quite easily.
 
I truly feel for Capt Aherns. Someone does not go from being easy and laid back to this unless there is/are reason(s). Please do not label him in any way other than what he truly is: a man trying to make a living. He's been totally misled by his own. No need for Capt-this-or-that names any more than what those truly guilty of this tragedy have done repeatedly to the West. Look, our collective situation is not going to get any better. There will be more Capt Ahernses because the reality is: LOA93 IS UNLIVABLE. DOH IS UNATTAINABLE. SEHAM BRADFORD AND CLEARY HAVE LIED. THEY CONTINUE TO LIE. They can keep trying to attack and undermine the West - we can take and return it ten fold in the court of law. Leonidas isn't going away and neither is the Nicolau. But the lies and deception are becoming the real tragedy and ironically it's in the East where the effects of the lies and deceipt are most damaging. So come on all you USAPA-DOH acolytes. Tell us again how DOH and a joint contract are as easy as saying "cram-down." Better yet, tell it to those silent sufferers. Tell it to their families how it is worth it for them to live under LOA93 in perpetuity because you don't like an arbitration result and you aren't willing to bargain in earnest on a solution. Go ahead.

If that were true you would have called 911 (per ucrapa advice) and this would be in the forefront of ucrapa news. On the other hand, one of our west fo's did have an east captain fired last week for doing the very same thing. She had witnesses and a solid case. Got it straight from her - no hearsay.

Funny how ucrapa doesn't put this in the forefront. Let's see if they get him his job back.

And if that's true, why should the west continue to financially support your campaign of terror? You really can't have it both ways, regardless of what Seham tells you.

If someone pays you, you have to provide the promised service.

Terror and Lies luvn. Terror and Lies. They go hand in hand with these cowards. They sit there with their angry indignation in the cockpits, speak as if they know what they're talking about and how they will crush the West, and all along threaten through inference and innuendo what will happen to those who dare step out of line on the East. Behind the cloak of their fraudulent union they're real brave, but get them one on one and their cowardice truly shows. If any one of them had a hair on the a$$ they'd call their fellow pilot in his dark hour and reassure him of how DOH is a sure thing, how LOA93 is a slam dunk, and how his support for USAPA four years ago will pay off. They won't do it, because they know it's a lie and they're too much of cowards to tell the truth.

We're four years beyond what would have been a $40k payraise for pilots like Capt Aherns. In another two years he would have made enough beyond LOA93 to have paid off his mortgage in full. He's been lied to. It's a shame.

Well what does that have to do with the lies, deception and terror which you helped perpetuate. The only greed involved in this merger saga are the angry minority element which unleashed this tragedy known as USAPA onto all Airways pilots.

The best defense for Capt Aherns when he goes before the Maricopa County Superior Court was that he was acting out of pure duress from being lied to by his own union leaders for more than a decade. ALPA, USAPA, doesn't make a difference; it's the same henchmen behind both of those unions. He's lost his pension, he darn near lost his job six years ago, he's been working under a bankruptcy contract for 7 years and now because his own leadership has lied again, he'll be in that situation for several more years. He's 58 and retirement looms. Nothing has worked out in any way like his union leadership has told him it would. It won't exculpate him from the charge, but his story should mitigate whatever is handed down.

LOA93 will be out officially within two months. This unfortunate experience had better be a wake-up call on the East.

Speaking of hypocrites, why don't you discuss the rumor floating around regarding a Senior US Executive? Hmmm, Maybe the pilots should know the moral integrity of their leadership prior to negotiating a contract?
