US Pilots Labor Discussion

there are a lot of guys on the east that are fed up with Cleary, but that doesn't mean that your wet dream is going to come true. Just a changing of the guard....and to be fair, I hope you guys get some real representation this time, as well as ourselves.

What changing of the guard? The CLT reps got reelected. Cleary and the other officers are still in position. There are no elections on the horizon. the only change is the lawyer that sold you your theory that Nicolau was just a proposal and could be negotiated like a crew meal. Is a new lawyer going to change the entire direction of usapa?

So you guys are fed up with Cleary so what? What have you or are you going to do about it? Reelect him?

After almost 4 years now you think we need fair representation. Did you not think that before? You never said anything. Do you think that you and east pilots are being represented fairly by usapa and the current leaders?

After almost 4 years of having the dream union that east pilots built from scratch how is that working out for all of us?

Watching these scabs implode, (as correctly predicted years ago by the West pilots) has made my week. The LOA 93 beatdown combined with the injunction bi***slap will make this just that much more enjoyable!

Hey Easties, go rewatch the you tube vids from the first dog and pony show starring the original, culpable USAPA scabs entitled "USAPA can't take the heat"...we told you so.

Here's to 5 more years of LOA 93!!

So USAPA supporters, next time you are in one of the cities where folks are being laid off, put your arm around them and tell them you feel their pain. When they reply with some questions about why you haven't negotiated a contract that allows the company to plan for the future, just turn and walk away, while whistling or mumbling something about "that rat Parker..." REMEMBER - try to look sincere, without actually making eye contact!

You are the face of their furlough!

Actually we don't run this company, were employed like eveyone else, your childesh inference that we effect a managment decision is actually humorious to ignorant, depending on your intelligence level! MM!

Put the crack pipe down Mut. I am cactusboy53. Res Judicata is someone else. Hey, did you know that "res judicata" is Latin for: "a matter [already] judged". I think that's funny, don't you?

How do you figure that one. That would almost be as good as hurricane Irene was USAPA's fault. Looking forward to your usual in-depth analysis.

You can put that in the same file as the easties sentencing westies to prison before there's even a trial...

Typical Jim response. How about this one since you obviously feel so strongly about the above- the company's proclamation of an illegal job action before anyone was found guilty of that by a court of law. Want to take that one on? Because I don't remember you commenting on that one. Thanks in advance.

The company made the accusation that an illegal job action was taking place. The court is in the process of determining whether the accusation is accurate or not. I don't recall the company saying that people were going to be terminated or go to jail based on the accusation, do you?

Contrast that with some easties accusing westies of "theft" and saying that they were going to jail before any law enforcement agency had investigated or anything was filed in a court of law. The term "lynch mob" comes to mind...

Maybe even you can understand the difference now...

Jim

Calm down Pi. Deep breaths.

Pi;
I'm going to have to go with Jim on this one. There was a crew news segment where one East captain accused the Leonidas group of getting his wife's secure information in the alleged "data theft". How exactly would that be possible? USAPA is the king of crying wolf. That is a fact.

You won't have to wait long.

And you won't like the decision. Try calling Tracey and see if she'll tell you. She already has the decision.
