So by the end of 2021 the west will still have 300 to 400 f/o's that will not upgrade due to west attrition.

The east by 2021 will have upgraded all east pilots due to east attrition.

Actually since according to a JET those people are suffering from alot of:" ISSUES"' hey either your a 45year old capt or better than an E190 f/o(in his words"that says alot") so he can't count, but heaven forbid someone CLEARly DIRECTly accuse him of being a SHILL. hey HATE the new year is bright , ST NIC, well what can we say, nothing but at least you have attrition, and plenty of sand for castle building and childish recreation! Once again check your facts. You are wrong again!

Your retirement numbers are close enough. But currently the west has 662 f/o's By 2021 the west will have 145 left not your 300-400. 90-95% of the attrition will be from the left seat.

However a lot of your attrition will be from the right seat. Besides who cares. Do you think this will still be separate in 2021? That means usapa still has not delivered a contract after 13 years. Enjoy LOA 93 wages. All of you can retire on the POS for all I care. The more of you that leave the better. How about some of you taking early retirement.

PBGC. $45 per month assessment keep it up. $1600 per east pilot in assessments. Maybe you guys can get a gold badge backer too. But unlike ours. You are forced to pay it. They did tell you that there was not pay back or extra money right? $1600 with no return. Best money you guys ever spent right.

East attrition. SEE Yaaaaaaaa! The more that leave the fast the better. Let's get this majority turned around ASAP so we can get to fixing the mess you guys created. Oh BTW if you are counting on the new hires to care about this little seniority battle. Don't. They are going to be junior and want a better contract. so DOH or Nicolau is not going to matter, only the money.

Anyone, Anyone have an answer where the MDA law suit is at? It has been 5 months since the documents were filed yet nothing from the court.

Come on all you guys with the inside information. When is this law suit going to pay off? usapa even quoted it in the company suit. It must have merit right.

5 months and no answer on a summary judgment. I guess those DFR cases are little harder to win than you thought. Could the judge be contemplating what was it ripeness? You guys do remember what the ninth said. No contract no harm. MDA case no contract no harm.

Now even if the court does take this case when oh when might it be scheduled for trial? Then the lengthy appeal process. Are you guys really still counting on this case to get you out of the Nicolau? But wait the Nic is dead right.

Keep spending that money boys. Best money you ever spent with no return.

I would think for those involved, any admission that case gets ALPA to make on the nature of its own merger policy is good and provides clarity for future litigation.

Pi... you are so right about the MDA guys... for ALPA to show them as "furloughed" on the seniority list submitted to Mr. Nic... when in fact they were flying mainline as has been testified to by US Airways, is not only wrong, but an outright lie... Thanks again ALPA for eating your own!

I actually agree with you wholeheartedly on that. But for BOTH sides. Guys like oldie, nostradamus, BlackSwan and others should take that advice. Instead, they gloat with supreme confidence and finality of the outcome, when the game is barely past halftime. So perhaps cleardirect is hammering this to demonstrate what it's like. Talking trash exists on both sides, but around here it flows much more freely from, and most of the time initiated by, certain east players.
