I truly believe we can get this together. A change of leadership is the first step. I'd say we could all benefit from third party legal analysis of our situation. Hire a firm that has no connection to either side and stands to gain nothing beyond what they are tasked to do. There is always a way out, but we need to get the facts for East and West first.

We have a third party analysis, the legal system!, BS AQUA, steal our identities, and now you want a truce, beware of strangers offering gifts, Yes there is a way out! The legal system , you involved the company and now we are on a PATH! MM! To little way to late!

You've killed passengers, crashed a plane in TPA, taxied into dirt, put a winglet through a rudder, gave away your pension, and have scraped bottom for pay for eight years. You deserve zero respect.
