Sorry Luv, have to throw the BS Flag on this post.

Quite simply, ther aren't that many former PSA pilots left and those that are will retire in the next 1-7 years. The most senior fly the B767/A330 in PHL or CLT and are quite happy flying the Atlantic Ocean.

Besides, USAPA has guaranteed this will play out in the courts, so unless you "Eat the Nic" no one is going anywhere for at least another 2-4 years.

How is your application for that DC9 job in Alaska coming?

Nothing hard to grasp here. Brat asked a reasonable question about moving forward. ...

The way forward is very simple and has not changed since the beginning. The lawful CBA remains responsible to negotiate with the company and then present the proposed agreement to the MIGS for a ratification vote.

The bickering to solve the problem prior to a ratification vote is merely entertaining and somewhat useful to a CBA that hopes to navigate the rough waters of maintaining at least 51% of membership approval.

Moving to Clt. You are a western pilot, yes? Were you hired in the Franke years? I suspect you are most likely one of the angry furloughed western, but say you are Franke vintage. Do you possess a college diploma? Most of the Franke hires had violations, police records, no college, or all three. Would this be you? This was true well into the early 90's. Franke loved these pilots, as he knew once he had them in his selective clutches, he could use them to do his extra missions of scabbing in Australia, and other ventures he delighted in. There was no need to pay much, as there was no place to go. Is this a realistic description of you Move2Clt? You do possess many traits of early disciples.

Okay, drawing the line here.

Go ahead scab...step over it...double dog dare you!!!

I havent yet. You keep saving your pennies and eating your Ramen noodles. Until I get to CLT, that's all you'll be able to afford. No Nic means no new contract.
Not to worried about a contract that will be your department. And there will be no NIC, but you probabaly know that already.

Is that as accurate as your prediction that there would be no injunction? Ya know how to predict the future holds? Pick the opposite of what luv9er says...

Jim

You guys have caused merger to cease, some of you have admitted the goal is to close the airlilne and put 30 thousand people out of work.
Not us guys, YOUR management team will do that for us, no leadership abilty at in this team unless you lead us to the nearest bar. Claxon is right on "Franke air all the way" .

OK Jimbo, we are going to lose big time on LOA93. Have you read the latest ALPO magazine?

Typical east pilot response. Cause the problem and blame others. When are you so called professionals going to grow up and take responsibilty for your actions?

As far as Claxon's post, I would add....

So much criticism from ths West pilots over a temporary injunction, which seems to be more business as usual these days in pilot/management relations. At least the East pilots had the nerve to look Parker in the eye and draw a line in the sand up to the point of being all out illegal. The West pilots have their eyes downcast when Messiah Parker, or previous CEO's walk into the room. Their biggest hope it to be one of the 300 pilots that line up at management's door each afternoon, volunteering to help carry Dougie's money bags to the bank, so that he will lay a hand on them, tell them that they are a good boy, and buy them a beer. Money generated from the cheap labor contracts over the last 30 yrs.
