Several months ago, your PIC Committee set up a dedicated email address to gain insight into the personal stories of our pilot group as they relate directly to effects of our pay cuts, pension loss and work rules. We all have suffered, obviously, some worse than others. None the less, the response to this request has been abysmal.

This information, which would be strictly confidential and de-identified, would provide invaluable information to both your Pension Investigation Committee and Government Affairs Committee as they tell your story to the numerous legal and legislative people that can directly affect your future! This information is desperately needed ASAP!

Please resist the temptation to be complacent, to feel that we are defeated and that nothing you do can effect an outcome! Nothing could be further from the truth! Your taking 5 minutes right now to tell your individual story, be it bankruptcy, divorce, EAP issues or whatever, could very well tip the scale in a decision to increase your PBGC Benefit, recover part of the money lost in your DB Plan and/or numerous other positive events that would have a huge impact on the personal well-being of you and your family members.

Being a person critical of the "USAPA's brain trust", I can honestly applaud the gathering of different tools in their tool belt, the better to counter unexpected twists and turns as well as being positioned to pull the trigger, if necessary.

This is exactly why ALPA was dumped, self-limiting people like you who constantly cut back on options.

Amazing that in ALPA's self-arrogance that they denied themselves opportunities successfully used by other unions not as stuck up.

You can stop trying to sell the lie. No one ever believed any of that horse***. No Judges, no jury members, no management folks, no West pilots...none of them. We all know why ALPA was "dumped". Irrational, emotional, vindictive little school girls, (aka the East) had a temper tantrum because reality was too difficult to wrap their petty deranged minds around.

After the LOA93 loss, watch for the full court IBT press and sales job from uslappy. The BPR idiots always need a fresh diversion to deflect the glaring light of abject failure they continually emanate.

The truth is that if Nic had come back with DOH there wouldn't have been a march on Herndon, USAPA wouldn't have been birthed in the back of a van, there would have been no card drive, there would have been no election, and ALPA would still be the CBA. You can talk about ALPA's other faults all you want, and there are many, but the truth is that ALPA was dumped solely to get around the Nic. Junior.

The thing is that an LOA93 win for the East is not a big deal for them. They are like cannibals, no morals or ethics. They will just look for the next meal.
