Addington is still alive and well and ready for DFR 2. Oh, wait, we're a class now so its not just the original Addington plaintiffs anymore.

USLOPPY sold you on something it could never produce and now you fired your lawyer because someone or something has to pay for all that wasted $$$$$$. This place is an embarrassment and people like you are the clowns of this circus. You make the WORST wages in this industry with the WORST work rules yet you scream of success. Just what are you successful at besides being the lowest paid and will continue to be that until you retire??? There wont be a DFR2, there will simple be no need. The major question will be answered in the DJ case and before you can say LOA93 PAY TILL THE LAST DAY this place will be merged with AA. Yup another merger with a carrier in distress yet it will be poetic justice for us in the west as APA tells you that they will not go thru another TWA situation... Accept the dam list and move on. So, that being the factual account who then has WON? It would appear that the only party who has achieved their goal of the lowest possible labor cost would be (Drum Roll) Yep you guessed it! US Airways and Doug Parker are the only interested party with even an once of claiming victory.

I do agree that Seeham blows as an attorney. Show me ONE clear cut victory he has won for Labor anytime in his entire legal career. I'd suggest you not ask the former AMFA members at NWA for a reference on Lee Seeham.

The eastern pilots move up their seniority list every day when another eastern pilot retires. This is a DOH progression forward, not the contraption the western try to use. The Niclau is dead. The eastern pilots use DOH. You are incorrect Hawker. You are indeed, clueless on this issue. The western division has DOH on their list, eastern on their list. It is a DOH list everywhere, and it will stay that way in the future if the eastern are smart and stay away from Franke Air and their disciples.

What about the doctor /lawyer Jacobs Hawker? How does he get off the hook for taking the childrens money for the case that wasn't ripe? That was a costly and stupid stunt. At least Seham delivered a death blow to Lenidas in San Francisco. Jacobs delivered nothing for 2 million.

Are you referring to Tiger Airways (Singapore), Wizz Air Limited (Hungary) and Spirit Airlines (USA) where he is Chairman of the boards and is commissioner of Mandala Airlines (Indonesia). Or is it his investments in Gate Gourmet, Beringer Wine Estates, ON Semiconductor or Alpargatas SAIC (Argentine shoe and textile manufacturer) and chairman of the board of Bristol Group SAIC (Argentine insurance company).

Ok I am going to pretend that I really understood your post but in reality I dont. Everyday you move up in the east due to a retirement and that much is a true statement. The east has no problem what so ever being dishonorable and that too is a given based on the events of the last several years. I have watched you all completely destroy any chance of gaining better as a result of your ILLEGAL JOB ACTION that mind you has far reaching implication. Now there there is an INJUNCTION in place we can not place leverage on usairways in the future. Usloppy sealed that deal with its ill fated job action wrapped up in a safety campaign. Be happy about all that you done and accept that loa93 pay and benefits as your final or atleast until AA is part of the picture. I have no worries at this stage as I get paid better than the east and I have better work rules. Now by no means are they the best but better than east non the less. In the end we will get our just reward and this debt will be paid. I thank you for this now as I get to stay based here in the west with weekends and holidays off. I know the minute you wise up or the more likely when the AA merger happens and you try this crap on APA and get body slammed I will get my due. Until then please by all means continue with what you have been doing because it keeps this place profitable.
