So???? And if it is dismissed (which it may I agree) then what? The company appeals to the ninth. Maybe that gets dismissed. Than what?

The company still does not have an answer. But in the mean time no contract. So 2 years from now what does the company do? Abide by the contract/T/A or agree to a shrinking groups demands? Will usapa still be around 2 years from now without bringing a contract and losing LAO 93 snap back?
 
Let me ask you a question. If you get DOH why would you want the company fragmented. You just forced 85% of the west pilots below your active F/O's. Wouldn't you want to keep us around for furlough fodder and the captain seats? fragmentation takes the airplanes to. So you guy go back to being the lowly east coast commuter.

Maybe you are not so sure that you are going to get DOH after all.
That is a very good point, look at YOUR airplanes, can they be replaced?, shows your lack of understanding, do you really think the value of an airline is it's fleet, why so many leases? if so maybe you should ask where the real value lies I can assure you it has nothing to do with fleet size! MM!

Do you know for a fact the LOA 93 snap back is lost? I don't know the answer and we will eventually find out.

USAPA will most likely be here, it came on the property for more reasons than NIC. We will have a contract when Parker is ready, not until then.

You guys have already lost the DFR thing twice. When are you gonna get it?

hmmm...as I recall, that idiot Cleary gave this response to a West pilot when asked why usapa HQ is in CLT and not PHX, the largest pilot domicile and home of corporate.
