I have asked the moderators to explain why they will not get involved with the obvious goal that these guys have to try and run everyone off the forum. Moderators only responded with the directions on how to ignore a person....however, in fact, they just avoided answering my questions as to why they let these guys bully the rest of the board. After questioning them again,
No response.

This board is corrupted and the moderators don't give a #### about how rude or vulgar the posts are.....especially from certain assholes.

This is not your profession and you need your asses kicked. All you have done is drive a deeper wedge between the pilot groups, which I have suspected was your goal all along.

At the risk of sounding snotty, ALL of your concerns are addressed in the Transition Agreement and the Joint Statement of Labor Principles (authored by Doug Parker and Bruce Lakefield). Your pilot group has had these and other documents at your fingertips since the announcement and completion of the announced merger.

Here's some of the content from the TA:

A. Except as provided in paragraph B. below, the airline operations of America West and US Airways, with respect to pilots, shall be merged no later than twelve (12) months following the later of (i) completion of the integrated pilot seniority
list and (ii) negotiation of the Single Agreement provided that if by that date a single FAA operating certificate has not been issued, the airline operations, with respect to pilots, will be merged effective with the first bid period following thirty
(30) days after the issuance of such certificate.

The letter states "no flush - no bump" as well. Now mind you that was in the circumstance that no pilot holding say a Captain's seat could be bumped by another pilot. Here's that portion: Specifically, we would expect that no employee who already had been furloughed prior to the merger would be permitted to bump an active employee out of a job.


Your group has fought this seniority integration for so long AND have believed EVERY SINGLE word from USAPA that as a group you largely FAIL to take the time to read the documents for yourselves. Further, since USAPA screams FOUL at the Nicolau List since it's delivery, you band together like the crowd that goes after the Frankenstein monster and chant for it's destruction (without realizing that the monster is harmless and can do a Broadway jig).

Be informed and educated. Read the transcripts from the arbitration. Read the merger policies. Your group has wasted over 4 years of contract improvements by leaving the joint NC and leaving ALPA. Our "union" is spending all of its resources on FAILED litigation, and we haven't a PENNY for the next merger saved. I guarantee there will be another merger, and I would bet a months wage that that next body will be MUCH larger than our present LCC. Do you suppose they have not been watching your actions? Do you suppose the will take you into the new fold with open arms and no intent of seniority malice? Forrest for the trees, my friend.

I dont think it can be said any better than that. There will be another merger and zero dollars have been saved toward that. There will be another merger and over 40% of this entire pilot group are at odds. This makes for a rather interesting dynamic if you ask me.
