I actually said I'm probably not as senior as you may think. Read my posts. Your problem is that you assume the only people who would disagree with you must be in the top 517 and not give a crap about anyone but themselves. That's a misinformed assumption.

You'll also note that I don't believe the arbitrated SL hurts any of us as much as many here claim.

If integrity is letting the guys in your right seat with 18 yrs get put behind a new hire, then you have a warped sense of right and wrong.
My sense of right and wrong is much less myopic than yours.

Which is why all the name calling and personal attacks seem so juvenile. It makes people look desperate when they lose the ability to communicate rationally.

That is the crux of this, why should an AWA New hire go in front of those who kept this place going by giving up the pensions and the pay!

Because they did not "keep THIS PLACE going", they kept the place that got aquired by THIS PLACE going.

Absent that, they would have moved up the unemployment line very quickly as age 65 kicked in.

Cleary, has put the NIC to bed. They love him here. Furguson has damaged the west so bad that they will never be able to recover. Enjoy that stagnation out west hope they don't downsize PHX, it's a losing operation and you know that.

I think the key words there are "for use". The company has accepted the Nic. The question is does it have to be used? Can it be changed? Either Parker or Kirby said just that.

Their acceptance contituted a prerequisite for merging the airlines.

The Nic is the only seniority list that can contractual integrate the airline as per the TA.

They can't use it until the airlines are merged, and they can't complete the merger without it.

The real question is do they care?

All the arguements over what usapa can or cannot do are just hypothetical background BS about DFRs. The answere to which has already been given, change the list for east benefit without a legit union objective, suffer unquestionably ripe DFR.

It has provisions for merging the two companies, and the two contracts, and the two SENIORITY LISTS.

You are absolutely correct and it was followed. Now, does it say that result can NEVER be changed? It also has min fleet in it. Can they never be changed?

What can and cannot be changed? Looks like a court will decide, not you, me or anyone else on here.

I did not say in the post you replied to that AWA aquired AAA, (although that is a stated fact in the SEC filings, and all public records), but you obviously took it that way.

There can be no doubt that LCC aquired AAA??? Yes????

Therefore, my original statement was an absolute fact, and the company the east pilots "saved" (AAA) was aquired, and is no longer the company the east pilots work for, and is most definitely not the "THIS PLACE" the original poster claimed the east pilots saved..

It just chaps your ass that AWA bought your bankrupt carrier and that an AWA newhire's career expectation was far greater than the 17 year furloughed, or about to be furloughed east pilots. I totally get that!!! Sucks to be you and you have to resort to stealing from the West.

BTW, since you have proven yourself to be a liar tonight, claiming to have attended the meet and greet, your already low credibility has further deteriorated. But, no worries, nobody listens to a scab supporter anyway.
 
The only thing certain is death and taxes. The next contract is going to be #### no matter what happens with seniority. The company already has our number. To much has happened, we cannot recover until after seniority is settled and a shitty contract is in place. It's going to take a complete regrouping, with seniority long settled, before we can redeem ourselves, row in the same direction, and pry out a decent contract that reflects real leverage.

Nope, fleet mins cannot be changed, nor can east fly West metal and vice versa, until the merger is completed.

That completion requires a Nic inclusive joint contract, per the TA.

Looks to me like what the court is being asked to decide is not whether the terms of the TA can be changed, but if the company can be released of liability if they harm the third party to the TA, the West pilot group.

It is just my opinion that the courts will tell the company, that they cannot hold the company harmless for some yet to be determined action. That would be the very definition of NOT RIPE.
 
I will, don't you find it sad you can steal company information and get full paid leave for who knows how long yet you don't finish your homework and you are fired? I know your OK with that, right Traitor.
If what McKee told me is accurate one deserved to be fired and the other did not.
