If USAPA wins the LOA 93 "final and binding" grievance does US Airways have comply with the Arbitrator's Opinion & Award and pay the higher wage rates?

First, you said the company legal was having a massive party celebrating the demise of the LOA 93 Pay Restoration. Now you are asking if they have to pay. I am going to go on record as saying we are going to prevail on this. Next, I am going on the record and saying they are absolutely going to have to pay it. Despite all the misunderstandings of labor arbitration between an employer and its' labor and an internal arbitration between a labor group that has chosen a new representative entity- the company WILL have to pay. No re do, no appeal. If USAPA loses, no re do, no appeal.

Funny thing is, I've a smile on my face every time I see an east pilot. Knowing they're working under LOA93 for the foreseeable future because of their dumbest actions since this merger. 😀

Your boys are up there to remind you that they brought you a bankrupt union that's currently under an injunction. It has been neutered and is irrelevant. Its being sued on all fronts by the west, the company, and now its former lawyer.

Its so weak that Mowrey can't even get the company to allow USAPA access to the v-files of the pilot group!!

And speaking of Mowrey, you've got BPR officers that sleep with the help, send false emails out, and make more money than their peers flying the line. And they work from home!!!!

And where's that DOH? New contract? All you've gotten from those guys is one broken promise after another. And what's even more ironic is that the union turned on two of them and the third ran away under the cover of a medical. He's now shacked up in PHX with the office help.

So, like you, I too smile when I see those faces. I then laugh at people like you who bought into their BS hook, line, and sinker.

I smile every time I think of Seeham's famous "cost neutral contract" spiel. The look on the befuddled east captain's face. I would love to get his opinion now. Dollars to donuts says he would say he knew the little lawyer was full of it.

But, the getting rid of ALPA part of your post, I also smile when I think of the look on Prater's face when you guys were going to walk out of the meeting and (I can't remember the name of your dual unionist, "pry it out of our dead hands" moron) but boy did that give me a laugh. That was only surpassed by the deer in the headlights look on Rices face when the ALPA blue ribbon Rice committee came to PHX to try and sell their DFR to the West, and there were no buyers.

As I have pointed out a few times before, the West does operate with a DOH seniority list. The east however, has a list arranged by prior mergers, and is far from DOH.

Further, usapa's DOH proposal, is not even to arrange the list by DOH. Being an ignorant usapa scab supporter, I bet you didn't know that did you?
