You know I've heard that but never read the actual report. Do you know where I can find it because I'd like to see his assumptions. With the bottom east A320 captain sitting beside a westie on the Nic that is in the bottom 18% or so of the west list, I'm thinking he might have been wrong.

It is the one with pretty little waterfall pictures of all those red and blue dots. The same report where Salamat invented term "captain years". the same report that so many of you repeated posted here trying to make some point.

No you have never seen the entire report. Because most of it was hidden because even your own guy proved that the Nicolau did not do the damage you guys are trying to invent.

Well PI should the west be stomping our feet and screaming bloody murder because we did not get what we wanted??? You guys wanted DOH and backed up to LOS. Big deal 85% would have been the same thing. So when you did not get what you wanted you threw a hissy fit and cried like little girls. But when usapa came on property what did you guys do? DOH.

So who cares what we asked for we did not get it. The west manned up and accepted the result. How about you east pilots do the same. You did not get what you wanted. Man up and accept the answer.

Whatever blows your skirt up clear. It's a free country, if you think you were wronged do what you need to do. My post to fifi was a response to his "are you kidding me" post.

You got it wrong though. The east didn't go down the road it did because it didn't get what it wanted, it did because they felt what they got was outside the bounds. I know I won't convince you of that, but it's the way it is for the majority over here.

Very few have seen the entire report because the East deep sixed it asap. Demand to see the report from your most transparent union. You paid for it so you sure as hell are entitled to see it. USAPA buried it early on and fought like hell to keep it out of Addington. I believe Wake kept it away from the Jury because it was irrelevant to the case really.

By now we all know how to interpret USAPAs behavior. If they buried a factual report regarding SLI...what do you think that means?

Well, I believe it was an ALPA report, right? If so, and they disagreed with it, does it surprise you they didn't present it?

Right. An "ALPA" report. So clearly the hard non-emotional data is flawed right? If USAPA disagreed with it, that's akin to disagreeing with the national census numbers and totally refusing to believe its existence. Does that make sense to you? I know in USAPA land anything that grants West pilots a modicum of rights is eschewed as unbelievable, but I didn't think you would fall for that ridiculous BS as well. You realize that even under the nic, your side still gets 2 out of every 3 upgrades right? But I guess that isn't generous enough. You demand it all.

As of today, despite having 60+ fewer hulls than when the merger was announced, there are NO east furloughed pilots.

Half of which are either in the right seat or out on medical. One half of four is two, which is 2:1 when we're talking about meaningful retirments, which is how Nicolau ratioed the lists.

Quick Fact #215: During the fall of 2007 the ALPA JNC was closing out sections of the new post-merger pilot joint contract with the Company. One important section being finalized was Health Care. On September 25, 2007 the Company provided USAPA its improved Health Care Proposal. Should US Airways' pilots look for a new direction and seek representation by the only national union that represents major airline pilots?
