US Pilots Labor Discussion

The company firing the pro usapa east 3 CP's are preparing for all contingencies going forward IMO.

The east pilots are once again ill-informed and have their collective heads in the sand or some other body orifice of the human body.

Loss of your pension, perceived loss of the final and binding NIC award, Judge Wake Findings of Fact and Conclusion of Law/Addington, loss of loa 93 snap back grievance, agreeing to a permanent injunction from Federal Judge Conrad and........soon to be Judge Silver telling the company what contract liability they have going forward by moving away the the TA/NIC.

Otter,

Are you Mr We Hate of the crew news sessions? You sound like him.

Do you actually know any of the former CLT CP's?

What exactly do we have our heads in the sand about? I see no posts in the recent history that you may be referencing, or are you just generally rambling on a slow day?

Then GOOD FOR THEM!!! At least there were SOME pilot advocates left in the management ranks. They are in VERY good company. Some extremely talented management pilots have been retired or returned to the line for doing the right thing, but that didn't sit well with management.
My hat's off to each one of them.
We lost those guys because USAPA's illegal job action put them in a no win situation.

Yes, they needed to be disciplined like a certain chief pilot that single-handedly cost the company millions of dollars. Did you watch the latest PHX crew news? Millions, yet his punishment was almost a year paid vacation, and one month off paid. Good thing his didn't do something really terrible like not finish his home work!

Single-handedly cost the company millions??

Parker should give Scherff a raise for his part in this fiasco. How many asst CPs have saved the company hundreds of millions by giving the disgruntled malcontents another snipe hunt in their hopeless DOH seniority theft saga, while they chase phantoms working on LOA93 wages?

Now, if somebody deserves to be disciplined, it would be whoever made the decision to furlough a disproportionate number of West pilots and drop West below min block, all the while colluding with uspa to allow formerly furloughed pilots who were recalled West to return to east jobs out of seniority order. Now that guy or gal is in deep doo doo when the damages bill comes due, and I am not talking about the damages from the TA-10 grievence.

With that statement would you agree with me that Otter is wrong and the CLT CPs were not pro-USAPA?
The CPs were not pro USAPA IMO.

I believe one of them was the ALPA CLT Captain's Rep and is not a MIGS.

Thanks Jake, maybe they will listen to you. One thing though, Marshal was the rep, he wasn't fired. I believe he had returned to the line, but think you may see him in there again.

Cleary has trained you well.

Now go over to USAPA HQ and pick up you "It's not my fault" T-shirt. They only come in X-small, though. Dang Cleary!

That's funny. If you think Mike trained me, he would be sorely disappointed with the results.

Here's a hint: there really isn't a boogie man behind EVERY tree. In the rest of the world everything isn't about the Nic, or you.
