Yep, we will know in 2 days. Win or lose, try to keep you gloating attitudes to yourselves....of course that's like asking an adolescent to keep his member in his pants.....you junior guys just don't have a clue.

That's just it boo boo, we do have a clue.

It's you guys living in your fantasy world that are the problem.

And, just in case Koontz wins, have your bowl ready. I've got some special Wheaties for you.

Not interested in anything you have to offer, never have been.

It's only karma......have your bowl ready in the future.

Ok, DICKHEAD, just like RES, your attitude is a big part of reason that we are where we are....you hateful peice of crap. If you think Bill Pollack has a problem finding people to fly with him.....move to CLT. You better enjoy what you have now because life will be hell in CLT.

Your attitude sux.

Sure we may lose in the end, but you are going overboard with this spitefullness.

Oh, there it is.

From the company's filings in the Declaratory judgement case in phx:

A Standard and Poors report, attached hereto as Exhibit “A,” states: “On September 27, 2005, US Airways Group, Inc. was formed by merging the former US Airways Group, which was operating under Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, with AmericaWest Holdings. AmericaWest was the surviving company in the merger, and adopted the US Airways name upon completion of the transaction” and noting that AmericaWest stockholders received an equity interest in the new entity while “[e]quity stakes in the former US Airways were cancelled.”). The East, they don't want to hear, denial is a powerful thing.....

I wouldn't bet on that boo boo.

Here's a great story from one of our guys:

Was commuting back to RDU from CLT today because scheduling said don't bother to show up...training took your trip....sweet.

I'm in the jetway explaining my fortune to the East crew, and I relay how I am pay protected. I didn't brag, but I said it clearly for their consumption.

As I enter the 321, CA says hi and says he's glad to have a west guy aboard. He then says "I voted for your guy, it's time to get a contract." He felt Eric was the best choice. I actually responded with a "Really?", only for him to reaffirm his position. No games, no recall..this CA just wants a contract.
rrrrr.....don't step in the umgawa!

Pay protected for trips bought? I'm sort of familar with that. Training bought my last 3 4 day trips. Bought a whole bunch last year too. We also are pay protected for that. We can also choose to fly during the time that our trips are bought and get paid double or just stay home and get paid.....sweet!

Where did that post that you lost control in go?

And I plan on moving out there. Davidson to be more exact. I'll keep my left seat and upheld you commute out of DEN to your FO job.

LMAO.
Buy soon prices are skyrocketing. Just commute to PHX for a bit.

not to pursue the ALPA/Nicolau list in collective bargaining. These facts show that the
premise underlying the ALPA/Nicolau list—that America West was an economically
robust, successful, and growing operation that swooped in to save a bankrupt, withering
US Airways operation—was not true either when the Nicolau Award was issued or in
view of subsequent facts and events. To the contrary, but for the merger, America West
would have filed its own bankruptcy petition. The SEC 10-K filings show that during an
18 month period following the merger, the West operation lost $13 million while the East
operation made $556 million. And, since the merger West flying has significantly
diminished while East flying has remained stable or has grown such that approximately
335 positions that originated with US Airways are now being flown by West pilots.
These facts, along with the salient truth that a collective bargaining agreement that
included the ALPA/Nicolau list could not be ratified, fully justify a departure from the
ALPA/Nicolau list.
Moreover, the WPC

You got that right!

Seriously, though. The only indication of a possible declaration of bk by AWA was a comment made by Parker at an alpa dinner. That was the beginning of his effort to placate the east.

His comment was way out of line after three successive quarters of profit and at a time when the company was growing 15%. You guys love to hang on that comment because it's all you have.

His efforts to placate the East is the root of the problem of his leadership skills. Crew News, worthless. I have more faith in company attorneys' filings than listening to Parker the politician. It's like listening to Romney saying he likes grits to win redneck votes.

Both of them are full of bull.
