From the company's filings in the Declaratory judgement case in phx:

A Standard and Poors report, attached hereto as Exhibit “A,” states: “On September 27, 2005, US Airways Group, Inc. was formed by merging the former US Airways Group, which was operating under Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, with AmericaWest Holdings. AmericaWest was the surviving company in the merger, and adopted the US Airways name upon completion of the transaction” and noting that AmericaWest stockholders received an equity interest in the new entity while “[e]quity stakes in the former US Airways were cancelled.”). You better enjoy what you have now because life will be hell in CLT.

Sounds threatening to me.

Your entire union was formed out of spite, so spare us the fake shock. Elect a president that will be visible in every base and attend base meetings where the line pilots can vent and participate and become informed. The east cabal has had many years to do this and has come up woefully short, so don't expect any different from the Muppet.

Ferguson is the only one with the courage to face his detractors and still want to serve them by taking the most certain path to a better contract.

You might think Kleary has played the role of the Little Dutch Boy saving you from the flood of west pilots. Unfortunately, you fail to notice that he's been 30 feet underwater with scuba gear for many years now, while your fellow pilots drown in debt and bk work rules. It's time to fix the dike. Vote Ferguson.

I don't know about other East pilots, but my vote will never be for Ferguson or anyone supporting the NIC.......just because of the attitude of certain West pilots. You need to talk to these DHs.

Hey everyone, breeze won't agree to the Nic now because I have a bad attitude! LMAO!

Quit your f'ing crying breeze. You weren't going to vote west regardless of our attitude.

Come back when you're done with your period.

Just move to CLT.....you will get everything you deserve....you have earned nothing, junior.

Where did that post that you lost control in go?

And I plan on moving out there. Davidson to be more exact. I'll keep my left seat and upheld you commute out of DEN to your FO job.

LMAO.

You have nothing yet, but a big mouth.....and like the old saying....big mouth, big puxxy!

I have a left seat in PHX and a seat waiting for me in CLT once the Nic gets jammed up your backside.

Where did your TOS violating post go?

You have nothing waiting in CLT that you will enjoy. I have just over 5 yrs before retirement.....nothing will change before then, other than upgrades in the East while the appeal goes on, along with drawing PBGC funds.....putting me at around $155k, while you rot in PHX.

I wouldn't bet on that boo boo.

Here's a great story from one of our guys:

Was commuting back to RDU from CLT today because scheduling said don't bother to show up...training took your trip....sweet.

I'm in the jetway explaining my fortune to the East crew, and I relay how I am pay protected. I didn't brag, but I said it clearly for their consumption.

As I enter the 321, CA says hi and says he's glad to have a west guy aboard. He then says "I voted for your guy, it's time to get a contract." He felt Eric was the best choice. I actually responded with a "Really?", only for him to reaffirm his position. No games, no recall..this CA just wants a contract.

Was his name Chip? Very few will give in to the NIC....so you have 1 out of 3200, atta boy!

Oh, wait! I forgot about Trader.....another pilot, well respected by the East. So now you have 2 out of 3200. You're on a roll!

I know you're desperately trying to hang on to your paradignpm boo boo, but the reality here is that your base is fading.

But hey, two days will tell truth.

Yep, we will know in 2 days. Win or lose, try to keep you gloating attitudes to yourselves....of course that's like asking an adolescent to keep his member in his pants.....you junior guys just don't have a clue.
