Unbiased Facts Update (BPR Authorizes Another NAC Stipend With No New Contract Negotiations Scheduled): April 2, 2012

Dear Subscriber,

Update for April 2, 2012

Quick Fact #231: The NAC has not met with the Company to discuss a new contract since January and there are no new contract negotiations scheduled. Since no negotiations are scheduled, why didn’t the BPR return all members of the NAC to line flying instead of giving the notetaker Dean Colello a $12,000 per year pay raise for virtually no work?

We came up with a solution.....it's called USAPA. ALPA was not taking care of the East pilots, so we were forced to take control and kick them off the property.

Please, let's not rehash all this BS. We all know where things are and have our choices TODAY. I have made mine, but am willing to be open to anything that has new options.

I think it would be a good idea for you guys to delay Silver's decision, if possible, and see what the Hummel team wants to work on. After all, Hummel was accused of having a connection with Ferguson. Again, once Silver makes her decision, you guys are out of cards to play and are just along for the ride.

Why in the world would we want to delay the court's decision. There is only one thing that we are waiting for and that is the court's decision. After that you and Hummel are out of airspeed and altitude.

Oh, and just because Ferguson is professional enough to hear Hummel (or Cleary for that matter) out, does not make them friends.
