Not so dangerous an assumption at all. One might, however wonder what an individual who employs a worthless, murderous terrorist as an avatar would have to offer by way of "education" in how any, even relatively free society, should conduct it's self....not to mention one who was determined to avoid Service during time of war. As for "is correct with his quote"....I've confidence that the "nice men" can afford you amiable escort as well......
If an Irish Republican Army "Provo" meets your definition of a Terrorist the so does Washington, Jefferson, Adams, Hancock. Franklin and the rest of the signers of of the Declaration of Independence meet your definition.
His implication was that USAPA engaged in "Majority Rules" or some might argue "Mob Rule". A pure Democracy is essentially mob rule.
