Here ya go, boys and girls. Parker is going to have to do something to straighten this mess out before he gets his big AMR payday.

Also, notice the part where it's stated that "tehcnically, USAir bought AW"? That's the only way they could get around the change of control clause. That's your proof.

Breeze,

Do you realize that what that is saying is America West acquired US Airways, but management structured the, "merger," to avoid the change of control provision?

With American in bankruptcy the shoe is on the other foot, management won't have to work as hard to get around the snap backs.

If this was Delta acquiring us, then you would have something, as it stands your gun is loaded with blanks.

Sshhhhhhhhhh.

Breeze is too busy wetting himself over something Ted wrote.

As you were breeze. LMAO.

Only an idiot calls not having your job stolen by a furloughed East First Officer winning the lottery.

18 words.

That's simply a stated opinion/colorization jake, without referenced event context of any kind, and thus; hardly any summary of the situation to date...although credit is given for the counting of your words. While "lottery ticket" is likewise merely opinion; it's reasonable to note the term as being historically used by many to mean the nic. I'll still have to go with the original statement as yet best and briefly encapsulating this whole, sorry mess: ".........the west decided to go for the gold after the lottery ticket and the east said, blow me."

If by "go for the gold" you mean we sued you so that you wouldn't toss the Nic and try a DOH cramdown, then that's something I'd go with as well.

Well there you have it. The street says technically us air acquired AWA. But they also called the change of control a snap back. It they can't get one term right how can we trust them to get the other correct?

BTW. You guys are are so fond of pointing out. What did us air have to buy AWA with? AAA had no money no credit and was in BK.

Far in excess of 18 words....keep working on it...........

We got it.

You prefer opinions/colorizations that include the phase "blow me".

Right. Nothing you scabs do surprises me anymore...my BP is just fine. What's it like to Wake up every morning with the full knowledge that you've completely failed yourself and your family by betting your ENTIRE CAREER on the endless loser that is US Airways? No matter what happens from this point fwd. your losses and failures will follow you to the grave. It's unrecoverable and the self inflicted damage too severe. You all know it to be true. Endless shrinking, furlough after furlough, Bankruptcy after Bankruptcy, Pensions blowing up in your face, Paycut after Paycut, down the seniority list....down, down, down. and YET you kept coming back for more....like a gambling addict returns to Vegas with the fresh hope of hitting it big only to leave, once again, devastated. Your career is the worst case scenario. Far Worse than Ch.7 and a fresh start. Must be a very hard reality to accept....obviously, because reality is the one place you guys are unwilling to go.

I wouldn't wish your career even on you.

See you in Court and have a pleasant day.
Ouch! Well said.
