So Pi, no you can clearly see why there is no negs with the east. This kind of douchebaggery has been non-stop from the east since the merger was announced. It's typical east crap.

Let's start with some facts:

Dave Tobin, on of the guys protesting the Appeals Board election, was a 2012 candidate himself.

Dave Tobin was USAPAs Ballot Certification Committee Chairman in 2009.

Dave Tobin certified the following results in 2009:

As most of you may notice (someone please help luv9 before he hurts himself), Tobin declared the sitting AB members winners with all having less than 50% of the vote.

Why was it OK then and not now? Because the west won the vote. Nothing more.

I have absolute confidence this AB election will not be run as an injunction will be in place before that's allowed to happen. My only question is if the Dept of Labor will force USAPA to allow them to take their positions while the lawsuit goes through.

The east - its only fair if it's in our favor.

Scab Tobin certified the election of his fellow scabs, yet files a grievence to the scab board of appeals to overturn an election.


These scabs are too stupid to understand their own C&BLs. Read the grievences from scabs Tobin, Day, et al. They quote the C&BLs and note that the appeals board will be elected according to section 7, but want this election to follow the rules of section 5.

You left out another fact.

Scab Tobin was responsible for keeping Schopal off the national election in 2009, which forced a redo at the cost of something like $250,000.

What do you expect from a '99 hire scab who spent 5 years on furlough and wants to steal his co-workers job?

She's a smart girl. She doesn't want Bradford or King on that board when the McKee/Cleary clan go after Hummel so she figures our boys should be seated while the vote is run again.

I'm curious as to how USAPAs legal counsel advised regarding this overturning of this election. It's quite obvious a loser with an impending injunction and costs forthcoming, but I wonder if you easties are aware that punitive damages can be awarded to the three west members as well.

$10k a piece? Maybe a bit more?
