Since there were only 987 names on your "backer" list, you need to at least double your number.

The Nic will never be in a contract. You can take that to the bank, when you go get another check to send in.

The list of names that was posted is relatively old. I forget when that came out, I think before the Addington verdict. The list of donor names, and the amounts collected is for the time being a closely guarded secret. You will not be reading it here anytime in the near future.

If the Nic will never be in a contract, there will never be a contract. That is pretty much the east's decision to make, and like I said, West is over it, paying while you decide, and hoping east comes to your senses.

But, I agree and support his decision to send us to Australia. I am proud of the accomplishments we made and the professional manner with which we made them. Ansett Airlines has learned a lot from us about operating a deregulated airline.

I have known and flown with Eastern scabs, Wein scabs, and some of the Australia crowd.

Know what they all have in common? An excuse. A rationalization of why it was an okay thing to do.

They all sound just like usapa.

Speaking of poster children, when the women and children of the pilots in Australia were trying to stop the America West Pilots from taking their families job, it was interesting about the comment of one of the West pilots that was crossing the picket line.

You are everything that we have come to expect as a usapa shill. Misstating facts or just outright lying.

They never got off the ground. They never flew passengers.

I guess you have run out of arguments since you insist on dragging up the past. How about we talk about how many aircraft your so called professional aviators have damage in the last 5 years since we have had the displeasure of being tied to your miserable group.

TPA tore the nose gear out of the airplane.
Your highly skilled international pilot drove the wingtip through the rudder of a west 321.
Drove off the taxiway trying to beat a west plane to the gate.
Shot a hole in the airplane.
That is just off the top of my head.

You need to understand this a little better, and have a little empathy for what happened to these guys. The East MEC was practically in bed with the company on numerous issues, this being one of them. It isn't going to get glossed over just because you can't get a grasp on it.
I understand this situation just fine. Anyone else that looks at this situation understands it also. It is you guys that are the only ones that don't. I understand that you guys have screwed up just about everything that you touched.

I don't care. It is a simple concept. get furloughed go to J4J not mainline. Get integrated as a furloughed pilot. End of story.

You did ignore my question. How about an answer?

First question. If you have 6 pilots A,B,C,D,E,F,G. If pilot A went to MDA pilot B did not and was furloughed. How could pilot C,D,E,F,G not be furloughed. You guys are all about straight seniority right. Anyone junior to B would be furloughed. If pilot F went to MDA but pilot C,D,E did not how or why should those pilots get anything or be moved senior to O’Dell? They can’t.

Exactly. The company right now is posing the same question to a federal judge regarding the binding arbitration process they agreed to in the Transition Agreement.
AQUA- you need to re read the difference between an internal union negotiating position/proposal and binding arbitration between an employer and a labor organization that signed an agreement with same. There is a big difference. The most significant area you should concentrate is reading about how a new representative body is not bound by the position of the former.

I got just as low as your usapa cheerleader bringing up 20yr drug running cases. I sincerely hope you sent him the very message you have taken the time to send me. Lets not go down this road because its not one in which you can win but hey that's never stopped and eastie now has it?

Oh and for the record the east hit an all time low the minute they went back on their word, you have zero honor in this profession my good man and have burned up any and all goodwill you had.
