Yes, we love that 40 knot taxi you guys love to do past C Con in CLT like there is nobody there. That 18 months gave you all that wisdom and entitlement, along with the X Box nights. Now you can come here and back up your bros' that learned same. 😀

You seriously don't get it?

Do you know for a fact the LOA 93 snap back is lost? I don't know the answer and we will eventually find out.

USAPA will most likely be here, it came on the property for more reasons than NIC. We will have a contract when Parker is ready, not until then.
So you say usapa is not about the Nicolau. But you went through 2 BK and lost your pension. Stuck with ALPA. The Nicolau comes along usapa happens.

So if usapa can not get you DOH with a new contract or any improvement what is the point of usapa? 400 grievances. The company is running over usapa because they don't care and usapa can't stop them.

How long do you think the pilots will let a weak organization hang around? Oh that's right I forgot I was talking about east pilots.

Get your Australia and Wien pilot outfits out

So I hear you easties are getting less profit sharing than you thought. Apparently instead of removing the west from profit sharing(like most here wanted) your leaders are looking at diluting your share by adding about 1000 pilots that were previously inelegible (west furloughs for one) Let the hysterics begin 🙄

P.s. You can check off bigger profit sharing off your list, LOA 93 is next.

REALLY, and your all to rush to screw the WEST mentality kicks in! ( profit sharing an EAST PROVISION EXTENDED TO THE WEST) for clarification! NOW picture this equitable for all pilots, PS check off LOA 93 to 84 restoration! It is what's next!MM!

Rest assured that at USAPA there will be a vote on it, unlike at ALPA. Majority will decide, not a few cronies.

Let me ask you a question Ames. If you were in a court battle, and appeared to have lost your case -then, one of your attorneys finds a LEGAL loophole to win you an appeal, which you can win with the loophole. Would you take the loophole and take the victory, or would you take the loss? ALL LEGAL. What would you do????
Hmmmm... So the arbitration and the DOH pipe dream are lost, but continuous delay is the loophole. Got it.

Only problem in your analogy is that your loophole does not lead to victory. It only leads to damages assessed against you.

I hear you have a hearing problem. I know you have problem in your future.

How many mergers have you been thru? Bet just this one, Well as for us stay pissed off because your going to be for a very long time, BTW wasn't it you that said EAST and WEST would never fly together, a new contract would require new things by management, such as the ability to downsize, scope reduction, etc, etc, besides the NAC and this group will never buy it! LOA93 kicks in, Here;s where your plan goes bad, were old and do not care! We retire watch NASCAR and leave! Welcome to REALITY!MM!

After review of many of your posts it has become obvious that you really like to argue. Sorry man I'm not taking the bait try someone else.

Sorry I'm not a member of the "AFO club" and they are not "retreating" nor are the Captains.

Just commenting on the continual West rant of enjoying LOA 93 until 2021, "we will stay separate and get the growth and the attrition" as witnessed by yesterday's March 2011 Equipment Bid results posting.

I wouldn't count on "inherit" ing this airline "in five years" and it being a "more financially secure airline".......

We both know thats not going to happen. This thing needs to come to a close for the greater good of the company and they have plans. The DJ was done for a real reason and stalling was not it. I would expect the court to tell LCC that they have a contract (the TA) and that breach of that contract could result in litigation. I would then expect some west pilot(s) to file a motion to enforce the arbitrated award.

Again no matter how we look at this we both are going to be pissed at one time or another in this thing.

Judge Silver has no choice to dismiss the Declaratory judgment. The district court has no choice since the 9th ruling.

Hmmmmmmmmm A word of advice, stop talking about a subject for which you have zero knowledge. The Dj and the 9th have nothing in common at this stage, why would they??

I know this is the outcome you wish for but it doesnt solve the obvious problem the company has. Remember all that has to come from Judge Silver is that the court can not provide indemnity to LCC against west law suits. Thats a very tiny hurddle my friend a very tiny hurddle in deed...

Dude? Sir, can you grasp what a caveman aura you emanate, when you use dude. Yes you were a mesa pilot, awa320 was a trans states pilots a few years ago. TA was hired when america west airlines flew drugs and crossed picket lines. JM, your former alpa mec leader told Parker in a meeting that he claimed he observed the East pilots taxing with both engines running and the apu. Oh yes, we are all impressed.

Umm with regard to me my friend I was a transstate pilot double digit years ago so lets not attempt to cloud the issue ok?

Simple.

The jet engine, unlike the F/A quits whining after it reaches the gate.

CV

No. Jet engines quits for good after reaching 25 years old. US Air Flight Attendants Last well into their 70's. Their East Captain husbands need the money.
