What's the matter nostradamus? You don't like when someone has your number and shows it to the world? Does the term NPD strike a chord?

Sir you are associated with an airline, United and a "union", ALPA that flew in Australia and took other pilots jobs that were picketing. You will not defend the honor of your airline and your union for the most heinous actions of crossing a picket line.

This meets your criteria below that you just established;

- is evasive and has a Houdini-like ability to escape accountability

- undermines and destroys anyone who the bully perceives to be an adversary, a potential threat, or who can see through the bully's mask

- is quick to discredit and neutralise anyone who can talk knowledgeably about antisocial or sociopathic behaviors

- may pursue a vindictive vendetta against anyone who dares to held them accountable

- is also quick to belittle, undermine, denigrate and discredit anyone who calls, attempts to call, or might call the bully to account

- is constantly imposing on others a false reality made up of distortion and fabrication

- appears to have a short, selective memory and often cannot or will not remember what they said, did, or committed to more than 24 hours ago - but is always able to remember your faults, often from years ago

- is unwilling to apologise for mistakes, except occasionally when witnesses are present

- is quick to blame others

- is inflexible and unable to evaluate options and alternatives

Sorry. I can't be accountable for the actions of another person. Heck I occasionally have to fly with a real scab. Doesn't mean I condone what they did or associate with them outside of the cockpit. I can only speak on what I have seen first hand during my tenure. And since I have been an ALPA member (starting with TWA) and a United pilot I have never seen nor taken part in, nor has ALPA perpetrated, a dishonorable act. (Unlike the east narcissists who created a union to dishonorably avoid the consequences of their actions.) You should take up your cause with those who participated in the alleged activity, if it bothers you so much. Otherwise you are just using tactics of redirection to shift focus from the matter at hand, which is your theft of seniority from another group using dishonorable and most likely illegal (yet to be seen in DFR #2) means. Your smoke an mirrors are fooling no one. We all know who and what you really are.

Many of them haven't been happy since they got to steal the Empire guys' seniority 24+ years ago.

Do you believe that an Empire F28 Captain making 65K a year should have been made senior to a Piedmont B737 Captain making twice that amount?

The Court should deny USAPA’s motion on the merits. Moreover, the Court should sanction the law firm of Seham, Seham, Meltz & Petersen, LLP, (hereinafter “Seham”) for filing such motion because it was plainly filed to unreasonably and vexatiously multiple these litigation proceedings. 28 U.S.C. § 1927; see also Rule 11(c)(2).1 This response is supported by the Memorandum of Points and Authorities that follows.

I guess we will see which side the court comes down on this time. Seham could end up paying the bill for this.

Prior to filing its Rule 11 motion in US Airways, Seham threatened on three other separate occasions to make a Rule 11 motion in Addington.

Rule 11 is a rare thing. Seham thinks they are a normal course of business. I doubt the judge will take to kindly to threats and intimidation tactics.

III. CONCLUSION
Seham filed a frivolous Rule 11 motion for an improper purpose. The Addington Pilots respectfully ask the Court to deny relief on USAPA’s motion and to award them the reasonable attorneys’ fees incurred responding to the motion.

A hollow victory when you take into consideration the fact that your 767 widebody international rate is 50/hr less than what Air Tran pilots are getting flying narrowbody 737's domestically. Oh well low pay to the last day, right Bob ?
