Wow. So personal. Regardless, I'd be curious to know what Pan C is to get you to the promised land (and out of bankruptcy working conditions and wages)? More hyperbole? Plan A was clearly a blitzkrieg assault on the West with a frivolous RICO suit and a barrage of Section 29s. When that didn't work, you went to Plan B which was to convince yourself that the 9th opinion meant something completely different than what you wanted. Now that that illusion is fading, what's next? More promises from the ambulance chaser for you to swallow whole, only to grow more bitter and angrier by the day when your lot in life doesn't change one bit? Is that the Plan C?

Yeah, I remember when USAirways saved America West and we recalled all those furloughed Airways pilots. They got their DOH seniority and went from the street to the captain seat. Then they got a big old industry leading contract raise, 72 virgins, a powerball win and total conscienceness. Then the DFR alarm rang and they woke up and the sheets were wet.

Go to the next crew news session and ask Doug again what he meant by "accepting the list", since you didn't believe him last time he told you.

Doug lied in that crew news session..... (for effect) When shown the letter he wrote three years ago accepting the arbitrated list he stated that the letter simply stated that the Nic was "acceptable" with regards to his stated five criteria for a list. The letter actually says the company accepts the Nic and with that acceptance the company paid each MEC $300,000.00 for the completion of the process.

Doug and Scott will keep dancing until they no longer can and when they need to move they will, and fast. You guys keep dreaming. Looking forward to that CLT 767 left seat.
 
You're ingnorant. You need to educate yourself, not just keep dreaming of stealing someone else's job. Go watch the Crew News video again, especially the part where Doug tells you that he has to deal with the pilots' "bargaining unit". You know who that is, right? It's USAPA. USAPA DOES NOT recoginze the Nic, doesn't have to, and won't. It does have to recognize DOH with C&Rs, since it is in their constitution.

You are a major LOSER. I'm really not at all worried about combining ops, except that if the intelligence of the West posters here is any indication of what we can expect from the west, it will be very difficult to have an intelligent conversation with my First Officer on the overnight.

Wasn't it YOU who cited others as immature, calling others names, etc. ? By the way, you can rest assured that any west FO who has to fly with you sometime in the future won't be seeking out your company on an overnight. Must be your endearing personality.

I guess you STILL haven't learned English, but "ignorant" is not a name, it's a condition. And it fits you. By the way, please don't. I prefer someone that can hold a conversation without making stuff up or putting words in other's mouths.

The company move fast... with regard to negotiations of the SLI!? Now I know for sure that you are extremely new to aviation or you are simply borrowing your dad's computer.
 
With all those issues you would think you would want better pay, more vacation and better scheduling so you could help your loved ones. Maybe selfish was the wrong word for you, dumb is probably more appropriate. You and those of your ilk are keeping 5000 pilots at the bottom of the industry, and proud of it to boot

Yea, he gave them the money just because he liked them. Makes about as much sense as any other west argument I've read lately.

You may one day get to the left seat of a 767 in CLT. It just won't be anytime soon. It would be nice if it were sooner, but a lot of growth would have to happen. I'm not seein' it.

Still waiting on the courts. Not much use in planning anything around this place until then.

Don't worry. The UA pilots made sure (twice) that you won't ever have to know, work, or live with me. To me, the 2 best things about the CO merger is getting rid of Glen Tilton, and getting rid of USAirways once and for all. (not necessarily in that order.)

If it sucks to be me, flying for the biggest legacy airline with the best route structure and loyalty program, with the soon to be best pilot contract... then it REALLY sucks to be you. 😛
 
I see the reason for all the anger, all those years on such a lousy contract. I feel your pain. It does help to have someone lower paid than you know, doesn't it.

Lets make one thing clear....I'm not a supporter of loa 93, it sucks. Having said that I am a supporter of the pilots I've worked with over the years. If we ever put the two sides together before I leave I'll support you also. I sincerely hope to see the day when the terms east or west only describe a compass heading and not a pilot group.

You support DOH, and you support usapa's attempt at stapling the west do you not? I am a 757 captain just like you, date of merger I was a320 captain as 1996 hire. Now you and yours have decided to take my career and future, have you seen what doh does to somebody in my position? how can you support that. How does someone have integrity when they renege on a list devised by a NEUTRAL and uses their larger numbers to impose a list that benefits them? No Bob you should have supported the commitment you made thru your reps to abide by the arbitration and get us a better contract. It has cost you and me personally $hundreds of thousands and for what? So that a furloughed east pilot upgrades 2 years earlier (usapa's own salamatt report)?
I hope things work out for the best for your family, and I am very sorry about your personal situation, but the fact remains, attitudes of the east pilots like yours are costing us all dearly.

Man, I'm really sorry. I thought you were one of the entitlement driven angry F/Os, I had no idea you were one of the long suffering AWA pilots. I know it's been a tough road for you. Must drive you to drink, hence your posts.............

Tell what, when you are pulling gear for me on the A330 I will buy you some great German beer, deal?
