Oh absolutly! Look I know it hurts to be referred to by that name but you really brought it all on yourselves and you nedd to accept responsibility for your actions. Dont be angry because your dishonesty made the world wide web. Just embrace what you are and own up to or dont, name is in the book either way right next to the spirit scabs.

Think about your statement about being misled. It applies to you homie at usapa!! Wild goose chase on a mission you can never win. The only loosers are east pilots.

The USAPA was formed later in 2007, with the sole purpose of "scabbing", or "breaking" the union in place on both sides, ALPA. Its constitution lists "date-of-hire" as the primary methodology to be used for establishing or merging seniority lists,[5] which would greatly improve the standing of the East pilots, who outnumbered the West pilots by nearly 2:1.[6] This policy difference and a suggested general dissatisfaction with ALPA's representation of US Airways pilots over the years have been suggested as the main reasons for replacing ALPA with USAPA.[7]

The US Airways West pilots see the formation of USAPA as a clear attempt to circumvent or nullify the previously awarded binding arbitration results. US Airways West pilots have generally declined to join USAPA[citation needed] and do not believe the new union represents their best interests. They have formed another organization, the America West Airline Pilots Protective Alliance (AWAPPA), specifically to promote the preservation of the seniority arbitration results.[

This is how you are viewed and how your career will end. I have addressed over and over about your non furloughed 17 yr pilot and how you expect him/her to go from jr reserve first officer on the day before the merger to senior line holding captain the day after the merger. The west is just supposed to pay that price because AAA was so screwed up and we need to give them our career expectation right?? Please! you know what you and the book already has your name in it!!

First of all nobody is going to go from jr reserve fo to senior line holding capt... The east has already made huge sacrifices to keep this airline operating and never forget we gave this for our benefit and not for yours. You must also pay a price because A@W was not a stand alone airline anymore either. Just a simple reality you guys must understand.
 
Dream a little dream. Just because you dodged a bullet last time do not expect that to happen again. If us air goes TU I seriously doubt that anyone will step in this time. The industry is trying to shrink. Getting rid of 8% of the market would be a boom for everyone.

If this place goes, what few assets are left go to the leasor and the employees go look for another job.

Now boys and girls when UAL,DAL or AA get a stack of apps who do you think they are going to hire? A younger west guy that has been honest in our dealings or a self admitted angry old guy that failed to live up to their word? Integrity matters. The industry knows about usapa and it's supporters.

Why would we want to do that, best money we ever spent and know more than the money we wasted on you and your ALPA people but this time we getting a nice return on it, pisses you off don't it. :lol: 😛

East F/O was furloughed by 625 numbers at the time of the merger. He is now 2900 a 737 F/O. Could be a reserve F/O or barely holding a line. The junior captain on the east 2170. Makes him 730 numbers from upgrade on the east.

West has 681 active captains. The junior captain is 885 of 1660. Or 53% up the list.

If you take that east F/O and place him on a DOH list and he comes to PHX. That formally furlough 737 junior east F/O is now senior to 285 west captain and all of the west F/O. That will get the east F/O now a line holding captain slot in PHX.

So you tell us, does that make sense? Yes under DOH an east furlough junior F/O would become a line holding captain on the west.


I really don’t care about the east sacrifices. That was your airline not mine. You did what you had to do. If that included being a 17 year furloughed F/O or a 30 year reserve captain. Too bad. But I am not going to sacrifice my career to make up for yours.


We have already paid a huge price because of the east pilots.
 
Where you seem to lose it everytime homeboy is there is no shame in having to be furloughed it just is what it is. There is shame in the actions of you and the rest of the east by not honoring your agreements! It makes no difference to me where you are on the Nic list senior or jr. What makes a difference to me is if you plan on bringing continued shame on yourself and the profession or do you begin to redeem whats left of your integrity by keeping your word??

A nice return? Really! Has it gotten you a pay raise? Better work rules? Gained any respect from management or the industry?

Have the law suits stopped or is Seham still collecting 15-20% of the total dues?

What is the return? What pisses me off is that we are forced to pay usapa for NO return.
