We've got one heck of a legacy with guys and gals like you too junior.

Snap this.....

Good luck.

How's that USAPA experiment going so far? You seem to be proud of the fact you busted a real union. Seems like ALPA is doing just fine without you. The END OF USAPA will be in your future before the Usapian scourge can infect the rest of the industry.

Buh-bye

Absolutely proud!

USAPA is doing just fine without them as well.

End of AOL is in your future for sure before Eric can infect his anti-labor aids views into the mix.

Buh-bye to you too junior.

Good luck!

A real union, like the kind that give away your retirement without asking, the kind that allows its members to get laid off and replaced with a lower paying pilot on an RJ, the kind that gets you agreements like LOA 93,.........sign me up!

Just another failed attempt by guys like Holmes, Burman and Vaughan reviving the concerned pilots (of ALPA) waste of time. West pilot demands are a waste of time. The "reform USAPA" movement has the same chance of change like CM, he who shall not be named.

Cactus53, are you one of those three?

Just curious.

We're now moving up the attrition ladder just fine without you.

Good luck....with that!

Negative Ghostrider, I am not one of those three. Keeping the DOH "Lottery Ticket" out of your hands a "failed attempt"....I call it PRICELESS!!

I am a concerned US Airways pilot that is VERY concerned about USAPA and the current USAPA leadership. el presidente Cleary just commissioned a NEW lawsuit WITHOUT THE PRIOR APPROVAL of the BPR. This new little litigation will now cost USAPA an estimated 1+ MILLON dollars. While that may not sound like a lot of money, USAPA is presently spending money with a DEFICIT BUDGET.

There has NEVER been an independent "union" that has spent more money on litigation in the history of organized labor. Just to give you a clue (so you don't have to buy one), I have given A TON of these petitions to east pilots that have accepted them GLADLY. These are the realists that know USAPA for the sham "union" that it is. The USAPA leadership is laughing all the way to the bank, and pocketing money that they have not earned. 3 YEARS of ineffective union leadership, with NONE of the promises kept.

Attrition is nice, too bad it's at Regional Jet wages. I just finished a trip that had an "A Section" and a DH (that I bowed out of and went home), all at 100% pay Bubba. Time off and wages, it's mo' betta. My biggest decision: When a PHX reserve Captain's position comes along, do I take it or hold a mid-senior line as a Captain in Philly? I actually LOVE Philly. It's the city of Brotherly Love, brother.

See you in a couple of years.

So,

Hearings scheduled for Sept, 07 2011, in the NY case Cleary unilaterally filed.

On the agenda, amongst other things, change of venue.

Hearing to take place in front of the Honorable Judge Gold.

Now if usapa can just file another lawsuit (should not be a problem with Seeham steering things) and find a Judge Bronze, we will have all the badge backers covered, and the West winning Bronze, Silver and Gold, and usapa coming in last as always.

Yep. And your getting your "promotion"! Right.

Sorry to burst your informational bubble but I just spoke with Streble. USAPA's budget is just fine, thanks for wondering. The money this "independent union" has had to spend is to remedy the years of "plaque" buildup from ALPA lawyers. Been here long enough to know their "final solution" is in fact no solution. Good on giving a "ton of the petitions" to East pilots. Do you know why they accept them "gladly"? So you'll waste the paper printing them while they file them in the circular file (unless of course you give them to CM, the "caped marauder", or "he who shall not be named".)

See you in a couple of years when you get on the bottom of the seniority list! (assuming preferential hiring of west pilots continues.)

Oh, Brother!!

Good luck!

So "caped marauder" or "he who shall not be named".......uh.......so..........uh......what's your point??? I don't see Morrell in the crew rooms or training center talking to the real experts: the LINE PILOTS!

You must have had too much cockpit/cabin fumes.

( You do know that virtually nobody respects you on either side of the mississippi. You seriously could use A LOT OF TIME OFF!)

Good luck, "he who shall not be named!!!" or "one who talks to self and listens to no one."

May the patron saint of all loyal Usapian's shine on your backside....that would be St. Happenin'....🙂

How about the one that got you profit sharing and the Lump Sum, which is the only additional money you've gotten in your pocket in 5 years. Compare that to what USAPA has COST you.

You sound like a person saved from a burning building who immediately proceeds to lecture the firemen on how they could do a better job of putting out your fire. These comments sound foolish and immature, right up there with "the dog ate my homework" and "life isn't fair!". You can peddle that in Kindergarten, but it doesn't fly with self-reliant adults.

If ALPA was doing so good without us; why would they be financing Leonidas and putting shills like 767 on this webboard trying to convince everyone that they made a mistake?

Fact is that ALPA is in serious danger. Watch closely with what happens with DAL/NW. The move to decertify is moving at a rapid pace. They want that 11mill/yr. and putting a few hundred grand into trying to convince us otherwise is a foolishly calculated risk.
I can tell you that before that happens, the IAM could be deeply involved with us and ALPA would be shut out due to AFL/CIO standards.

So you just keep harping on your mantra. It is falling on deaf ears. USAPA is alive and well and getting stronger every day.

In the meantime, you just keep telling yourself otherwise. Maybe you will someday believe it. Noone else does...

I don't know where you got idea WE worship them. SWAPA learned from the best.....PIEDMONT and AMERICAN! How to staple pilots!

I don't know how much time you've spent with East crews, apparently not much, but SWA has never been a role model when it comes to flying or common sense.

Southwest was below industry pay rates for years until sept. 11. When the rest of our industry, labor included, had to take pay cutsnto survive, it just so happens that the contracts they negotiated became the better because our carriers took cuts.

I see the "bs" camapign has already started from you.

Good luck with that.
Try reading some usapa press releases. They are filled with how great SWA is and how great SWA pilots have it.

Man you guys are pathetic. ALPA funding Leonidas? No....the reality is your worst nightmare. The reality is that West pilots are not like the bulk of the East. We look out for each other. Top of the seniority list Gold and Titanium same as the middle and the bottom.

You will never get DOH. A year from now you'll still be on your pathetic bankruptcy contract getting the same attrition as Nicolau gave you. Two years from now, same thing. Three years .... You just can't fix stupid.

If you think ALPA is financing AOL I guess you can stop telling us to donate or that we owe a bunch of money to the lawyer.

Believe what you want. But as usual you are wrong.
