US Pilots Labor Discussion

Displacements come as a result of the the airline about to crater. This place doesn't have enough altitude to survive another one of those. If you think that's a real possibility in the near term, you better start looking for another job now.

The rising-tide scenario is much more likely and is the one that an integration plan should be based upon.

Uncle Ed's left the building.
Nobody is leaving, and yes, the place just might crater. The most likely scenario is PHX will get drawn down next by Parker. You guys can stay right where you are. Why all the bother with the Nic and such if you guys are staying there?

Wow, you haven't changed a bit since you went after Parker in that crew news with the kid! That, was pathetic. Research? This is not a chemistry experiment. Simply a criminal matter involving a bunch of people who were doing things they shouldn't have, and will now face justice.
Usapa says, again, "Hey look, a boogeyman, we're gonna go sue him." How many times are you going to buy that nonsense, just because usapa paints the picture as such? Man, where can I find an outfit to go after and malign people I don't like and/or disagree with, for a mere 2 percent of my income? What a deal.

Why does anyone think Bob is unique? Why is beyond all belief that there are not many (if not most) of the west pilots who would gladly remain in PHX for a little while longer rather than drag themselves all the way to CLT or PHL every week in pursuit of an upgrade or widebody?

USAPA has conditioned the east to believe that every west pilot will flood into the east bases and keep them from ever advancing, when in fact under the Nic, most east pilots will see little if any change to their upgrade time regardless of when the guy ahead of him on the list was hired.

That's the reality, brought to you courtesy of your very own Bob.

Now you have gone and hurt my feelings. I thought I was unique, heck even Doug Parker says I'm unique. In all seriousness, somebody else said it.......If you look at what happened after the PSA merger pilots will commute to fly the larger planes particularly if there is more money involved and that is the issue that bothers most east pilots regarding the nic. Right or wrong that is the issue and the reality of the situation.

Regards,

Bob

Just more wasted money and noise coming from your bipolar hero Kim Jong douche bag Cleary. The only thing that is going to happen to the aol guys is a few months paid vacation courtesy of the union that invented a new form of scab. Cleary is single handedly digging uscaba a financial hole that will destroy it. I love it. Sue away you mental SOB!,!

Of course this is all going to humiliatingly blow up in the chief scabs face...AGAIN but who cares?

Actually the reality is you brought nothing to this merger(less everyday) and think your entitled to it, so be it, the harsh reality is , IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN, PHX is a flub, under no corporate transaction will it happen and no one wants a CEO who can't stay off the bottle! And no one wants it! MM!

The reality is one FAA Operating Cerificate, single carrier status. One airline, one union, albeit more dysfunctional than the one it replaced. Kirby and Parker have affirmed this time and again in various Crew News sessions. Much as they've reiterated that USAirways would have joined the great airlines like Braniff. PanAm, Eastern, et al in the ranks of defunct carriers.

Doug will continue to stuff money in his and other senior management's pockets while USAPA swirls from one courtroom to the next. Someday you will be sorely disappointed at the outcome of what will prove to be a ten year multi-million dollar wild goose chase for the East pilots.

But, Doug and Scott thank you as do the folks at $eeham's law firm. Remember, my money's on you MM. Spend it wisely.

Well I know your commute EAST is a sore subject for you, but albeit you are sorely mistaken if I actually give a sh&* what you think! MM!

Justice? Not from usapa. It has been over 1.5 years and you guys are still whining about addresses. A 3 month paid vacation and the only thing that has happened is usapa has wasted a bunch of money, time and got you girls all wound up over nothing.

This whole ID thing is about distraction and costing the west money. If it was about justice usapa would be deposing the company not pilots. When is Parker going to be asked questions?

The justice is going to come with the counter suit.

Yes do some research. Hearing! Deposition! 2 different things. Take the time to read the opposition to the deposition. Educate yourself so when this case goes nowhere you know why.

YES but you forgot to mention seperate contracts, a key issue!

Sounds as if the Master of Alliteration and Fractured Syntax got up on the wrong side of the bed this morning. Don't forget your meds!

Wrong.....once we get one contract look for big decreases in PHX flying, shifted to CLT and PHL
and YOU with it!!!

NOTICE 924, has no comment on the seperate contract issue! Wow maybe his meds kicked in! MM!

Separate contracts will likely not be a factor in the next consolidation. If it's AA (unlikely) the APA will be the majority. An ALPA carrier would be the majority when the West pilots vote out USAPA.

Tonight's med of choice is Dos Equis. Stay thirsty my friend!
