Yep.

Nic and the APA's list.

You're catching up luv!!!

Oh, and you forgot to quote this part:

"but said it should come out to
where if you are at the 50 percentile point on your fleet your combined
seniority number would put you at that place."
Sorry JUNEBUG, no NIC for you and I guess no DOH for us. Now run along and start you lawsuit against the APA.

US-AA CLPR Pilot Pay Rates

Transition to equipment pay groupings:

Group I CRJ 1000, CS-100, MRJ-90, EMB-190/195
Group II B-717, CS-300, A319/320/321, MD-80, 737-700/800/900 and MAX variants
Group III B-757 (all variants), B-767-200/300, A300
Group IV B-767-400, B787-8/9/10, A332/333/340/350, B-777 (all variants)
Pay raises of approximately 5.5 percent on date-of-signing (subject to final agreement on valuations and other areas of the contract). Twelve-year captain rates of pay on date of signing would be:

Group I $116.74
Group II $172.44
Group III $185.69
Group IV $216.07

The above pay rates will receive annual raises of three (3) percent for five years. The agreement also includes a provision at the amendable date to reset our compensation to the average of the total compensation of pilots at Delta and United Airlines.

Half right. The " if you are at the 50 percentile point on your fleet your combined
seniority number would put you at that place" sure sounds a lot like Nic. But it sounds nothing like DOH...

You know what the best thing is about this, we are NEVER going back to that dirtbag outfit ALPA.

Wow! You are one truly "classy" guy! That APA info was marked for APA members only, and clearly noted as NOT for public dissemination....you aren't the only one to have seen it...just the only one so completely without respect for the authors of such to make it public, completely against their wishes! No rock too low to slither under for some attention eh?

yummy...margaritas....but they go better with tortilla chips and salsa...I mean who eats popcorn with margaritas?

Change my screen name??? good Idea... how about this one.....4NIC8U......?????

Oh, and I believe you are right about the new TA. So, who would negotiate that TA? I am thinking it would be AMR, LCC, APA, and usapa. How many of those four are going to risk the hybrid DFR??

Crazy thing is AOL was at the table weeks before usapa...don't ya think???

The Hybrid DFR- isn't that the one that runs on vibrator batteries?

Actually the best thing about this is watching you eat a Sh*&t sandwich you so richly deserve. Don't plan on any FPL, the Western well is going to run dry. Fast.

Skippy, you are going to be near the bottom of a very long list, 😛 to bad.

Sigh! By no means sir! (Flipping through pages...) Got it! "The Hybrid DFR is considered by it's few fanciers to be a perennial, although none can produce proof of it's ever blooming. It's best planted in an area suitable for mushrooms, and withers in direct sunlight."

USAPA tried to hand a DOH list to Parker and he didn't accept it, what makes you think the APA will?

The east is more aged than the TWA group back in 2000 and the APA used a ratio to integrate the lists so again, what makes you think the APA will use DOH this time?

The APA has stated they are for the merger, don't you think seniority isn't a concern for APA? The best way to minimize impact of merging with an aged pilot group like the east is to NOT give the other side DOH. Seems the tea leaves (and almost direct language) is telling us this will be a ratio integration.

DOH is dead, the AA update you posted (but edited) stated a fleet ratio based on percentage without mention of date of hire integration. Seems you're going to the back of the line CB (where you belong). All the best!

but above you. That's all I care about. Has Hummel figured out yet that Nobody gives a flying fk what he thinks?

USAPA is going to be marginalized. Once the merger is consummated Parker will send the proposed contract to each side for a formal vote, APA and USAPA pilots will vote overwhelmingly in favor of it- note, seniority won't be in the contract (Like Delta- NWA). APA will take control as the single union representing both sides once a single operating certificate is issued. The seniority integration will take place through arbitration, once USAPA tries to hand over a fake DOH list an injunction will be issued in about a week mandating they hand over Nicolau or be sued. Hummel will buckle and send over the Nicolau, 60 days later we will have a combined AA- LCC seniority list using a fleet ratio mix.
Easy, simple, done. Parker is going to out flank the psychopaths out east. Numbers will rule, USAPA is dead. Hello APA. 🙂

Do you read what you write? Did you pass basic algebra?

If it will be a fleet ratio mix, pray tell what use is any list whatsoever.. (be it a list of DOH, NIC, IQ, Perp list, or lunch menu selection list). If it is a ration of fleets then the only list necessary is the fleet list... or are you suggesting that DP will run a permanent bid with the Nic just for you. I mean you are special since you use Nic in your screen name.

Its a relative seniority integration using a fleet correlation.
There, so simple to understand. Are you still confused?
