You've got that right sister!! I was so excited about wearing the new uniform (I have everything except 1 tie) but now the way things are going I'm not so sure I'm going to be around here to even wear it once. It truly is sad what they've turned this place into and as far as I'm concerned this whole management team (whether they're responsible for this debacle or not) rates right up there with Carl Icahn and Frank Lorenzo and I hope they take their place in history as such!
Twin Hill SHOULD be held accountable for this fiasco of uniform distribution and hopefully the Company can receive financial compensation for this debacle. BUT.......once again the person RESPONSIBLE for INFLIGHT SERVICES and what the hell is going on in the DEPARTMENT (All aspects of it) is Sherri Useless Shambles. And W-H-Y in the hell anyone would continue to defend HER or state "She's Really Nice, blah blah blah is beyond me....." This Woman has proven she wouldn't know THE TIME of Day. I have seen some pretty unproductive/ useless/noncontributing EXECUTIVES appointed around here but Shambles takes the cake. Like I've said for month's WHAT HAVE DONE LATELY Bozo? Gorde yourself with food and wine? Turn on your computer and shop eBay? Either MANAGE your Department or step aside. (Steve K is probably doing most of the work anyhow because most of this stuff is WAAAY over Blondies EMPTY Head).
i see what your saying astrolounge but the fact of the matter is that these uniforms are not only going to inflight they are going to customer service employees as well. so it's a twinhill issue. the company at a whole is at fault though for going with the cheap. you get what you pay for. i was talking with the mens wearhouse rep when i went to get my shirts altered and he told me that twinhill is also doing ups at the same time they are doing usairways so it's a big order and apparently they can't keep up.
