You are making it sound like the ASS knew what they were doing and waited for DLs rates to go up. DL anouncement was a surprise to everyone. With your reasoning why dont you go get a piece of coal give it to 700 to put in a private place and wait patiently until it turns into a diamond
Who gives a flying filofax who knew what, where when or why (How) now, then, over the river and through the woods to Grandmothers house we go.

The point (yes still on the top of your head) is that if the Association, and it's Leaders, Lawyers, Professionals, and Economists had listened to Nit Wits (Yes unfortunately some people are Nit Wits) right now we would ALL be out $28,392 in uncompounded value.

Again thank GOD all those people in the roles they're in, in negotiating on our behalf don't listen to NIT WITS.

Well Bob I must say thank you for a change. I've always liked English better than math.

So $5678.40 times 5 = $28,392

Better?

WeAAz you may be right, but nobody knows whats going on with UA.  The ASS should be negotiating by now. If you dont think that, you are out of touch with the majority of the union members. The people who voted you in. I think your the one that is clueless especially to the members needs

NO it's YOUR needs you greedy little guy.

You just got a $5.00 an hour increase in less than 2 years. You're making an extra $800.00 per month that you didn't have when this journey started.

What do you blow your wad at Wiley's or something? Cozy Cabin? (Strip joints near LGA)

Al  the mood in my station is  most everyone feels pretty good that we may have a deal before  or by spring

The ASS was LUCKY in the timing of DLs raises nothing more. You are giving them credit for waiting, thats ridiculous. They literally stumbled into this raise. Parker raised the rates without even consulting the ASS

Al you would honestly make me pull out what's left of my hair. Go to FLL, I'll tell Francesco you're on your way.

Now if you'll excuse me, I,m heading out to eat. I'm thankfully going to go and take advantage of the fact that I manage my finances very well and can afford to go here occasionally. And when the Association finishes it's work (get it right gents) I might even go to more pricey establishments.

Well obviously at the very least I would say 2 more weeks. Uh duh.

As a result, both sides have agreed to reconvene in Fort Lauderdale in two weeks’ time after the company has had an opportunity to evaluate the impact on industry market rates of yesterday’s American tentative agreement.

OK weaaz I'll hold you to two weeks. If we are not negotiating for the higher UA rates in 3 weeks, you have to jump to my side. When you jump to my side the first thing I want you to do is tell 700 hes a dummy

Sorry man. I'm really in no hurry.

And I like 700 personally.

Say goodnight Al.

Bob with those numbers you can also figure out how much we are losing each week by not having a contract
Can't think that way, If l think of the money I'm loosing by not playing PowerBall if I had won, I would only get frustrated.

And yea Wileys was fun. "Can I have dollar for my dance" If it's gone, what the hell is keeping you there? It's time to give up the old office and let some young gun redecorate.

Cozy Cabin on the other hand. Ick.

tell me why would my station need stack of bibles?    you probably don't have too many yrs with the company  do you?   I don't look at the wages the way I look at the SCOPE  bec to me  in my own opin  nothing is as of more important than scope bec scope is the job protection   and wages are the second thing I look at  but to me  you sure sound like bob  just wanting money and nothing more  I sure hope that is not the case
