WeAAzles was right figure around May. Keep your fingers crossed that his 20 year old patina mustang makes it to spring. Is that red tape over the taillights legal in FLA?

Not for nothing, but you and other are in such a hurry, it's like this will finally give you and the others a chance to catch up on ether child support or car payments!

Hopefully the association does not have any self inflicted troubles negotiating, and can get a good all around deal. It's kind of odd having this arrangement but maybe they are better at dealing with the company than with each other. I just never liked the process of how it got forced on the members of both unions.
