I was bumped out of LAS in 2010 for 90 days and was recalled, then I survived BK in 2012. But without movement, people will not advance, that's the facts of life.
Bob please remind me again where you work because if I ever get laid off again because of something you were dumb (greedy) enough to vote for, I'm going to make it my mission to bump you out one more time.

And like the dog you are that returns to eat its own sh#t, I will be just fine with or with-out this job. Respectfully of course.

Now, now we talked about those unnecessary use of brackets before, your disdain for my point of view duly noted, although unwarranted. The greed that you speak of is not a desire of you also?

Can any someone offer any good reason to Vote NO to 60K a year for job a chimpanzee can do for a banana?

Few will vote no. Watch the CWA/IBT vote, I bet you it's 90%+. Not like we are talking a 2% raise. First, our union has to find a way to get to the negotiation table since it
seems to be stuck in a game of tic tac toe with the other union. But, if it was $60,000+ and the scope was 5 flights or more, like the CWA, and mimicked other parts of the CWA agreement then I'm not sure what the hold up is because our group is the only group on the property who are not enjoying the Delta +. That's $925 a month we are losing.

no scope is a no vote
^This^

And really, given the industry's climate, there is NO reason why any slide on scope should even be discussed. Your NC should be simply dismissing it out of hand, and moving on to the next articles...

No Bob. Greed is NOT a "desire" of mine. Greed rules and controls people's lives far more than what's important. Happiness, friends, family, good health, peace of mind, and home. Greed makes people desperate, mean, callous, shallow, vacuous, and cold.

I chose and prefer not to feel the way you undoubtedly feel. The cold sweats, the scratching and clawing to have more than maybe you need. The thought of when is it going to come consuming you're every thought overwhelming all thoughts of compassion and humanity. The thoughts of YOU over any sense of moral decency or community.

Don't worry Bob. There probably are far more people like you out there than the way I feel? Don't get me wrong. I want comfort and security just like anyone else. But I don't want that at any cost and I certainly don't want to step over all others to get to it.

The only thing I do admire about you Bob is that you have the guts to say what most people feel and you have a picture of yourself out there as a testiment that you don't hide from it either.

Sorry pal. I'm just not you.

90% Tim? I think you're going to be in for a big surprise on that one.

But I actually don't want to see that happen. No Bob, not even you.

SCOPE...........

BTW. Albert and Bob. Please try and control yourselves and stay off the maintenance thread. For the most part they have been staying off of our thread and unless it's a general conversation not maintenance related they don't want you there.

Try to extend them that courtesy.

We may have disagreed in the past, but you are the only voice of reason that I trust. I would venture to say, that is a TA was reached it would be very similar to the agents, furthermore, the way to end the job stagnation is to change the CS policy to what the agents have in their TA. Scope will also follow the way of the agents TA.
