How many catastrophic engine failures have you personally experienced that ever allowed for "a little extra power" to be had from essentially destroyed engines? I never had much luck with any with severe fan section damage myself, but your actual mileage may vary, and I'm sure we could all benefit from your vast "experience" there, ....

 
I see two minus votes for that, but yet not so much as even a single "spartan" stepping up with anything even approaching a reasonable, or even ANY response. Why is that the case here? Don't forget that "you'se" are at least supposedly "pilots" and thus should be at least capable of a bit more than just clicking a mouse, or otherwise, essentially just slinking/sulking away and mindlessly growling like dumb animals....?
 
If any of my observations offended "you'se"; all that needs be done is to plainly state just what any of you mighty "knights" would've done differently and unquestionably "better" if commanding FLT 1549?...Well...?

3) "There are NO do-overs in FINAL & BINDING arbitration." Good. Then you've no worries whatsoever, and must simply adopt a modicum of patience that your side's never seen to be equipped with before, no matter how long things take to work out.  No worries son. "You'se" are both incredibly "righteous" and fully replete with "HONOR", so what could even possibly go wrong for you?

Well good for "you'se"..although it's tragic that through even your own postings; you clearly know the Nic arbitration to be neither "Final" nor "Binding" as you speak of abiding by yet a whole other arbitration instead, well....Just have fun in PHX for at least the next year and half to two years, or who even knows?...and try not to drown in those vast oceans of "HONOR" you're clearly struggling to even stay afloat in meanwhile.

What on earth are you blathering about? Look Michael, I've told you before: in order to be taken seriously here, you really need to research and use FACTS, TRUTH, & be able to document your position.

The plane will be there 1-2 weeks for repairs after a hard landing inspection revealed damage. We were in MSP today

Usually when you keep breaking your toys they take them away. But in this case the east gets rewarded. More upgrades, new hires.

It was an IT issue that caused the hard landing.

Well clearly it is not the pilots fault, it never is over there.

What have they destroyed since we bought them? Something like 8 airplanes. I bet they were refined cultured and educated...the best of the best...

Second time they hit".... Oh well, they need another new bus out East for the Upgrades.

See the problem is these guys are wide body international pilots, not pilots that fly something so small it only has one aisle in it, leave that to us rookies.
